We looked and looked, shelves pretty much empty. He never asked us if we needed help, so after half an hour, we just left. Since then my husband has passed. His cell phone with $110 a month service for just two phones, was not holding a charge. So I purchased a used phone on eBay in exc. condition, recent model. I called to see if they could help me set it up. They said no because my husband's name was on the account. No amount of ID would be acceptable. I was told to contact his daughter to ask if she could update the name, authorize me to be the other user. I asked if they could set me up with a new iPhone 17 Pro no charge, and they said yes. But, when I asked if they could set up the number and move over the contacts, they sent me to another place in town that will charge me. They said they did not do any set ups at all at their store. For $110 a month when other carriers charge as little as $15-30 a month. They should offer customer service because there's no other reason to use them. I had US Cellular for a few years before I switched over to another company a few years ago. I…read morecouldn't figure out for the life of me why my bill was getting higher and higher every month. After talking to them numerous times on the phone and in person I found out that there were some weird charges on my bills that I never made as well as those hidden fees that they always say that they don't have. I never made any charges on my account because at the time I could barely afford the bill I had but I needed a phone due to my kids and work. For some reason, my service was also always on roaming which made no sense to me since I didn't ever leave the coverage area. My calls were always dropping. My cell service was just horrible. The last time I went in there I paid my bill then I gave my phone back and told them I wanted to cancel my service with them. A few weeks later I received a bill in the mail that said I owed 1200 dollars. Not sure how that happened since I returned my phone and canceled my service weeks before this bill came. They say that I didn't pay them and it racked up these crazy fees. This went on my credit for a few years until somebody finally paid attention and looked at my proof of payment and took it off of my credit. I will never go back to this company again. They are terrible. Just beware if you do go to us cellular. Good luck.

How that's convenient is beyond me but perhaps it's because, according to the store "manager" I need to listen more and pay better attention, as to how that's any of his concern, I am again, at a loss. Anyway, all time past I've had this issue, either customer service or the store, depending on how the payment was made at the time, has addressed and rectified the situation. This gentleman, who appeared very disturbed and inconvenienced by having to put his phone down to get up and serve a customer, plain flatly refused, claiming his inability to do so even though the problem was on their end and on top of which he was rude, dismissive and insulting. I will be taking my business elsewhere and I'd suggest anyone else not wanting to be ripped off, insulted and treated like crap for the privilege of being lied to and ripped off for cell service that's mediocre at best, do the same.

I am disabled, and was told I had to go down to the office to clear it up. I get to the office, the girl at the counter has attitude before she even offered any help. I explained my situation, she gets defensive and tells me that she didn't do it to me. Customer service did. I proceeded to tell her, that it is her job to fix it. She said she's trying her best but she isn't the one that made the mistake. I asked her why she's getting defensive and rude? She was writing something on a piece of paper, she proceeded to rip up the piece of paper, and throw it at me. I am obviously upset, I asked to speak to the manager, and the guy at the counter tells me his manager as at lunch and told me to leave. I was absolutely shocked and flabbergasted at how quickly everything escalated. The thing that really gets me, is that I didn't even need to go down to the office. I was told that customer service wasted my time and gave me the wrong information, when I was asking well why would they do that? That is when the girl started getting defensive and had a meltdown at the counter. The manager came out, like 2 seconds after the guy said that he wasn't in the office. He lied and said that he was at lunch when he was actually sitting there listening to the whole thing! The manager came out with an attitude, and told me that the girl at the counter was giving me the wrong information!! So pretty much if I would have questioned her, I would have been sent out of the office with a bigger headache. It is blatantly obvious that people at this establishment hate their job.
