It took me 45 minutes to get there and after looking around they have a lot of old costumes a few masks and props I was told to make a pile of the things I wanted. Most of the latex items were dry rotted. The woman was very helpful and such a sweetheart !! The owner is still trying to sell this stuff as new. Yes I did buy a few things but the price he gave me was not much better then anywhere else. The stuff was NOT worth what I paid. Plus I didn't get a great bulk discount.

The cashier that answered my call was very nice, she transferred me to a lady that was nice enough to check, and tell me the aisle where the masks were located. Halloween is a very busy time so be prepared for a busier than usual store experience. I went on a Saturday evening. The parking lot was filled with Parents, and young children shopping for costumes. When I entered the store, the Halloween decor was amazing. I went straight to the isle where the mask was located. A very nice store employee gave me feedback, and input on the various masks, she even tried on the mask to give me an idea of how it will look. I was extremely appreciative, and pleased, such a very nice young lady. There was a bit of a wait to pay, but I did not mind. I knew going during the month of October, and on a weekend, I could expect a wait. Despite the store being super busy, it was not a bad experience. The cashier was very friendly, offered to answer my question, and thanked me for visiting Party City. I was very impressed by the genuine kindness, and the very nice attitude of each employee. I was impressed to see they even keep several sizes for both adults and kids costumes. Prices are little higher than online stores, but the benefit is you get all the options right in front of you and get to go home with them right away. Despite having so much inventory and large crowd in the store, the staff managed to keep everything organized. Multiple checkout booths are open to keep the line short. Many of them walk around the floor to help the customers. Other than Halloween goods, in the middle of the store they had a huge decoration setup to spread the Halloween spirits.
