Every time I tried to use the code it stated it was invalid. The item was expensive but I know they sell out and was a fan of that product and bought it. When you don't and act as if it does not matter you will lose them just like you are losing me. Just for more info I did not try and use the free shipping code as I know you cannot combine. This store is pretty big too with a raised 2nd floor area in the back it took me a long while to check this entire place out. What did I get?? Well you're just gonna have to wait until October 31st to find out, Lol!!    Now if it was up to me these kinda stores would be open all year round, but unfortunately just like the Holiday they only come around once a year. And That's The Name Of That Tune!!

I then pushed her a few isles over to see if my mom thought I should purchase this costume. I was then interrupted by a very rude staff member. She first said to me "excuse me where is the rest of the costume" I said it's right there I'm just trying the hat on to see if it fits, mind you there is a fitting room right there. Then I was asked "well are you going to buy that" I said well I'm not sure, I was just asking my mom what she thought. She then tells me she needs to take the hat off immediately because it's against store policy. No where, not one place was there a sign or anything indicating this policy. I put the costume back and walked out. For the prices of their costumes their customer service should be a little better. Will never do business at this establishment.

So my son bought two of the same costumes just two different sizes, to go home and try on. when he went right back, after trying them on, to return them They refuse to refund my son. He spoke to the manager and he told him no as well. I called and tried to have this rectified on the phone with the main office . They also refused and refused to let me speak to ma supervisor. So they basically ripped off my son of $100. I think it is very unfair to take advantage of people especially in this day and age. I am not usually one to post this but I feel that we were not treated correctly and I ma tried of being taken advantage of. I will never be going to this store again nor ordering online. I will also be taking this to the next level.
