Well it seems they're one of the only rentals in the area. they do their job, do not go above and…read morebeyond. They said they'd inform us 24 hours before they'd show up for delivery. They did not thankfully I work from home or I would've missed them. Which isn't the delivery people's fault so I moved my car and gave water to all the workers. When they were putting the tent up I told them they could put the stakes wherever they needed just to not touch my flowers. They spray painted 2 flowers and put a stake through one which already wasn't doing well from the heat wave so completely destroyed it. Then before they left they said they'd pick it up on Wednesday. They arrived Monday morning for pick up without any notice again. Not an issue for me but if someone needed to tent for the full paid for week or isn't home would be an issue.

John was absolutely great to work with! He is very responsive, accommodating, and lets you take your time making a decision after he's offered his expert opinion. When we started planning our event, we were only going to get the tent, and maybe the sides, but the weather forecast wasn't looking promising. John's suggestion of a heater that comes with a thermostat was perfect and honestly a lifesaver. Not to mention that we only added the heater on merely a week before the wedding day, and everything still went off without a glitch. The setup was completed well in advance of the event. The tent was sturdy, the heater setup was excellent, and everything looked great. This location has a lot of different rentals includng white chairs, round tables, and rectangle…read moretables for parties. They basically only rent to people that live in Worcester or extremely close by. You will need to provide proof of where you live in order to rent from them. They charge a percentage when you first place your order and then require the rest of the payment 2-3 prior to your event. They offer delivery. We live on the other side of Worcester and they charged $50 for delivery/pick up total - really not bad! They are not open on Saturday or Sunday so if your event is on one of those days you will either have to pickup or get delivery on Friday and then return them on Monday... they do not charge you any more for having them the whole weekend. The tables and chairs we rented were in really good condition.
