The name of the store says it all. The staff came out to greet me. He let me know he was in the back and to holler if I needed help. I was amazed at the many types of frames available. I especially like the acrylic type frames. Shared parking spaces. read more

Steve Strang at Hall of Frames went above and beyond to help us quickly find frames and coordinate printing for our family photos. We live out of the area, so we couldn't come to the store in person, but Steve actually did a FaceTime with us to make sure we found the perfect options just in time for Christmas, and managed all the details perfectly. Thank you Steve! read more

I have used this frame shop for two big, and important to me projects this year. One was a shadow box with my late mother's Brownie dress from the 1940s, which I gave to her great granddaughter who is in Brownies. The other was my mother's baby dress. The man who took my orders was very kind, friendly and extremely helpful and patient. He helped with colors and frame. I trusted his judgement. He did a superb job with both projects. The manager was there when I picked the baby dress up, and was super friendly and told me she helped with important decisions on the project. These projects were delicate and complicated. They did an absolutely excellent job. The only thing I wish is that I knew about sales they have. Right now, holiday season and on Black Friday, the have 50% off. I missed out on that. I highly recommend this shop for all your framing needs. read more

I have regretted buying my frames since the moment I took them home to put photos in them. They are not user friendly. I've literally sliced my hand trying to remove the back from the frame. If I would have known that the backs are screwed into the frame, I would not have purchased these. I have destroyed nearly every screw that came with the frames just trying to take them out. I actually had to take them into the store to have the photos switch out because I thought "there's no way they would make these frames this difficult to open up, right?" Nope! They did. I write this review a year after purchasing because, once again, I'm trying to separate the photos from the frame and I'm met with the same difficulty. And I bought seven of these frames. This is just a truly awful experience. read more

Hall of frames consistently provides outstanding service. They are all very willing to help me with making decisions. Sometimes I am not clear how to create the effect I want with photos or mirrors. Brenda was fantastic. She was patient and helpful, with great suggestions which I needed. She offered many helpful tips and we settled on frames and mats that look beautiful. We had 3 pictures and only a weeks time. Brenda checked with the warehouse to make sure all our choices were there and made sure the order was completed on time. We could not be happier. Thank you Hall of Frames and especially, thank you Brenda. read more

Alina at Hall of Frames went above and beyond for me. I came in looking for super fast custom framing on some Etsy art as well as help cutting some prints down to fit into frames I had previously bought elsewhere. Instead of telling me she couldn't help me she took it upon herself to cut the prints for me the same day. She also immediately called over to the other location to see if they could rush frame the Etsy art. Due to covid they were low on inventory and not able to offer rush framing. The other location was able to accommodate me in the time frame that I needed. All around excellent customer service and quality work. read more

Both employees were extremely knowledgeable about the design options and choices. They went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant order experience. So we had three pictures with pictures of people inside them. All three the same. Same size? Same frame same everything. The only thing that was different was the position of the cable on the back of the pictures. All three pictures were different you would think seeing how you know they're all going to be together that you would build that the same have the same measurement for your cabling. I thought that was a very unprofessional job. I would not use this company for that reason read more

Excellent customer service, price, and product! To be honest, I was anxious about finding a good, reputable place for getting my new autographed NFL jersey framed. I waited a long time to invest in this item and needed a custom frame for a particular spot in my house. I went to 2 other places for quotes and Michael Swaffar at Hall of Frames in Scottsdale not only gave me the best price, but also gave me the confidence to hand over my jersey and let him do his magic. I just picked up the product today and could not be happier!! It is exactly what I had envisioned. The materials they use are high quality, Michael's attention to detail is very evident (this coming from someone who is Type A and hard to please), and he delivered on time. I am already planning on going back for other custom framing projects. Thank you, Michael! read more

We have used hall of frames several times, all were excellent experiences. This time we had a magazine article (my first published writing) and it was hard to imagine how it would look. We were looking for some oversized mirrors to install in the master bath of a new build. They allowed us to put a pair of mirrors on hold that were priced insanely well for a couple weeks while we figured out logistics and closed on the house. The delivery and install went flawless, and the mirrors look absolutely incredible. Every person that we worked with went above and beyond to make sure that we were happy. If we ever need mirrors/frames again in the future, Hall of Frames will be the first place we check. read more

Kathy is FABULOUS! This is the second time that I have worked with her. The first time her patience and knowledge were unmatched, which is why I made sure to only work with her again. So the framed pencil drawing of a Rodin sculpture of Medusa that one of my best college girlfriends did when we were freshmen, which I have hung in my classroom for the last 12 years, mysteriously cracked in my closet this summer. I'd like to blame the cats, who find rooting around in my closet and tearing down whatever's on hangers to make themselves a little nesty-poo endlessly fun. What I like about Hall of Frames more than Michael's: in-house framing and glass replacement. No need for them to send stuff out and for it to come back weeks later. Professionals are handling my precious drawing, not underpaid kids. It's also 3 doors down from Ice Tango. Nice combo trip. The staff was saucy without being obnoxious, and made recommendations that I knew should be done anyway. It was still a tad pricey, but it seems like all framing work is more than you would expect it to be. They do have a savings card a-la the grocery stores, which is somewhat stupid. But will I whip that bad boy out the next time I need something framed? You betcha. read more
