Cute, clean decor. I like the fish tiles on the walls. I came here on the weekend for breakfast. I was really craving fish and chips though. I knew it would be a long shot, but I asked if I could order fish. They said that they didn't usually serve it that early and that the fryer wasn't on. But then the server asked if I wanted them to turn the fryer on! So nice of them. I ordered the halibut fish and onion rings. Although the fish was good and the onion rings were good, I wouldn't recommend ordering them together b/c it's soooo much grease. The rings have a nice thick batter. It came with a nice helping of coleslaw too. The portions were big. I brought some onion rings home. Great prices for halibut fish and chips.

Tasted old like it's been sitting there for awhile.

Please save yourself the disappointment. I place a order for pickup, I work around the corner ( less than 5 mins walking distance) food should be fresh and hot! Took it back to the office, ruined my lunch and day. The fish was cold and tasted old, fries - cold and dry like it's been sitting there waiting to be serve. What a waste of our time and money!

Pretty decent deep fried fish place, big portion plate. Ordered the Seafood Platter which came with 2 pieces of haddock, 3 shrimps and 3 scallops. The deep fried seafood was excellent with the tartar sauce. The batter was light and crunchy, not greasy. Fries were huge and unsalted, tasted bland and a bit on the soft side. Coleslaw was more sour than other restaurants. Also tried the halibut, smaller than the haddock and the fish meat felt slightly denser. Both fish tasted great and not fishy, I prefer haddock for its flakier texture and it is actually cheaper than the halibut. The restaurant is bright and clean, not full but had a steady flow of customers, service was slow but good.

This location does gluten free, so definitely worth looking into if you need to/ are avoiding gluten. I wasn't craving something so deep fried so I got the shrimp po-boy. The fish and chips my bf ordered were delicious. Good fry, the fries tasted good, and the vinegar coselaw was good. The po boy wasn't as great. The shrimp were cooked beautifully but the bun was cut completely open, so you get the top bread and bottom bread separated. It was impossible to eat. As soon as I picked up the roll, the structural integrity failed and all my "stuffings" fell onto the plate. It was no fun eating with the fork and knife. Flavours were good though. The creamy coselaw was not my cup of tea. It was very mayo-y, which was a bit difficult for me to enjoy. I think it needed a little something citrus to brighten it up. I also was looking forward to my brussel sprouts, which were unfortunately forgotten and I never ended up getting them. By the end, it wasn't on my bill either so I think they just kept forgetting about them. They were definitely available though because someone at our table ordered them to-go. Overall, service was friendly. If you're in the area and looking for some fish and chips to hit the spot, this might be the place for you.

This had a good mixture of pistachio and almond flavours. It was mainly almond ice cream with pistachio pieces. The only difficulty is that 30% of the pieces were a little too big for the straw; probably this flavour was never meant to be used as a milkshake. I had to take tge straw out and such out the pieces from the other end. Review 2025-255

I tried the Peanut Butter Cup ice cream and the sugar-free Black Cherry. There are probably only one or two sugar-free options, but the pricing is really reasonable and definitely cheaper than the GTA. The Peanut Butter Cup was good, though I wish the chocolate flavor was a bit richer. I'd give it an 8/10. The Black Cherry was delicious and easily a 10/10. For food, I ordered the large fish and chips for $18. It's a great deal because the two pieces of fish are huge. The small order is $11.95. My picture didn't show it well since the second piece of fish was hiding underneath, but it was just as big. The fries are super thick, perfect for dipping in gravy. I got a side of gravy and loved it. It had that classic poutine flavor without being too salty. The only thing I'd change is I wish the fries were cooked a little longer. Overall, I'd give the fish and chips an 8/10. The diner itself is much bigger than I expected. You order at the counter, get a number, and they call it out when it's ready. What's cool is they also have speakers outside, so if you're waiting by the path or at the picnic tables, you can still hear your number. Bathrooms were clean too, which I always appreciate.
