I and one other person needed to have a large order of t-shirts made for our organizations. We decided to come to Halftime Sports because we heard that the price would be a little cheaper, which we desperately needed. Although the shirts were a couple dollars cheaper, the experience and quality of the shirts made the price irrelevant. From the beginning, communication was an issue. Instead of talking in person about your design and what you wanted, you had to send pictures of your designs and communicate that way. Once the designs were finalized and it was sent to me for a final check, I realized that there was a misspelling. I immediately emailed the establishment back and was told that the misspelling would be fixed right away. When I arrived to pick up the shirts, they were handed to me in a massive bundle with no bag or box protecting them. The way that they were placed also made it impossible for me to see the back of the shirt. When I arrived home and looked at the back, I was astounded to see that the spelling mistake they said they would fix was still there. After handing the shirts out to members, the quality of the shirts really started to show. After one wash the lettering and color began to fade drastically and the colored dots on the shirt began to fall off. The other person that I went with had had the same experience, and we will not be coming back or recommending anyone to get their designs made here. read more
