After spilling fuel on my shoes at the gas station across the street, I headed in here to look for something to clean my shoes with. The guys were nice enough to let me "sample" the different cleaning products they offered. Sneaker technology has come a long way and so has the cleaning products. I had spilled enough on my shoes that it took a lot of product, so my shoes were wet. I ended up selecting a pair of Nike sandals to wear while my shoes were ready. It wasn't necessary of these guys to go above and beyond for me, but they did. Friendly attitude, no pressure to buy anything and willing to help me out in a pinch. That's good customer service and good management of the store. I will wholeheartedly recommend this store if you're in need of good shoes, socks, athletic gear, or anything else related. They gave me a good deal trading in my older Tige'. Now we use them for all of our boating needs from service to storage. Also check out their board selection in their pro shop. My daughter wasn't sure if she wanted to go with skim or surf styles boards and Tony didn't hesitate to let her take one of each to demo. They have a great selection and can help recommend boards for your style of wakesurfing or wakeboarding. Overall, I can't recommend Tony and the West Texas Watersports team enough for anyone in the market for a boat.

Stay away from this place!…read more We called Tony Fussell (the owner) the end of June to see if we could have our used Tigé boat looked over before a lake trip after the Fourth of July. We said we had no problem leaving it for a few days. We finally had to call July 6th because we haven't heard anything back. Tony acted like he had no idea who we were or what we were talking about. We ended up just going to dealership. When we arrived, the boat had not been touched. It sat for over a week. He said they would get right on it. We left to run errands. 30 minutes go by and he calls us to say it needed a new starter. My wife tried to ask questions about it and everything we discussed. He spoke over her and said he didn't know. Told her that he pushed new boat customers out of the way to get us in and didn't have time to answer her. I headed back to pay the bill and pick up the boat. When I arrived he tried to say that they don't usually work on older boats and that all he knew was that it had a new starter on now. After paying $450 for 3 hours of labor, starter wasn't on receipt. He asked why I looked irritated. I told him that not a single one of our questions were answered and that I didn't appreciate how he spoke to my wife. Tony then explodes and cusses me out and tells me to get the f out and don't ever f-ing come back. Threw a pen at his receptionist and told her to just give me my money back. I received a refund. I took my boat immediately to another mechanic in Dallas who came right away and looked it over with me. He informed us there was no new starter installed and our batteries were dead. We bought new batteries beginning of June. I then charged both batteries for 2 weeks and finally had interstate battery test them both. They said both were bad. I gave him my invoice number and they confirmed those numbers didn't match the ones they checked for me. So...not only did he try to charge me for a starter that wasn't put in, he stole my new batteries. If you want a new boat, DFW isn't far. If you need a used boat worked on, save yourself from getting charged for nothing, parts of your boat stolen, and being cussed out. By the way, during his little cussing rant, he stepped up at me like he was going to throw a punch. He then told me to get on the internet and tell everyone about it. So here is the review he asked for.

Conveniently located right around the corner from best buy in the Abilene Mall, this Claire's is not the biggest store I have seen but still manages to make countless girls happy in the area. It is a pure little corner of heaven for girls of all ages wanting frilly non committal jewels. There are plenty trinkets for BFFs or your first crush... or your tweeny daughter who has just discovered she is not that tomboyish anymore but not yet come full circle with her feminine side. You may sign up for fidelity card. Get gift cards or drop an insane amount on money of frivolous things. But believe you me... it is very therapeutical. Every other Red Wing store I've been to pushes you to choose something else if it isn't on the shelf. Their customer service here is fantastic. I come in every year to renew my work shoes. I don't buy long‑wearing boots; I prefer an athletic‑style safety shoe, and the soles wear quickly on deck plates and grates. Even so, the service I get here is better than anything I've experienced in larger stores in bigger cities.
