I pointed out that they could recover their lost funds from the post office since shipping is insured *for the shipper.* They wanted to keep my money in hand while they sorted that out. Then they asked if *I* had contacted the post office. Umm, I'm not eligible for anything with the post office for a package I didn't send and never saw! Lol. I've never heard of such a ridiculous business practice. They finally refunded my money when I got the better business bureau AND my post office involved. Spare yourself a lot of runaround and don't give them money in the first place. Shop elsewhere.
