I had contacted him about the issue and immediately he already knew what was wromg apologized his machine got off on a few(keep in mind it was about half of 40 and thats with me being nice more like 7 hats were acceptable) . he agreed to have them fixed and I waited. At this point its been months now and his story is always the same I'll have them next week but it never happens.
