After spilling fuel on my shoes at the gas station across the street, I headed in here to look for something to clean my shoes with. The guys were nice enough to let me "sample" the different cleaning products they offered. Sneaker technology has come a long way and so has the cleaning products. I had spilled enough on my shoes that it took a lot of product, so my shoes were wet. I ended up selecting a pair of Nike sandals to wear while my shoes were ready. It wasn't necessary of these guys to go above and beyond for me, but they did. Friendly attitude, no pressure to buy anything and willing to help me out in a pinch. That's good customer service and good management of the store. I will wholeheartedly recommend this store if you're in need of good shoes, socks, athletic gear, or anything else related. Thanks guys!!!

Everytime I visit the store, its really clean which I commend the staff for. Also, the aisles are wide enough so you don't feel cramped while shopping. For the most part the customer service is pretty however they have recently hired a new younger bunch and they could definitely benefit from some customer service training. I am extremely disappointed in the first half of my experience at this location. Upon arrival, I…read morewas greeted by Iris, who was dressed unprofessionally with her midriff exposed--completely inappropriate for a formalwear establishment. From the start, she was pushy and dismissive, immediately demanding that I fill out a rental tuxedo form for the wedding party without taking the time to actually listen to what I was saying. I explained multiple times that I was only there to get my fiancé measured for sizing purposes, and that I wasn't planning to rent from this location (we wanted to BUY) since I doubted they carried the color or fit we needed. Despite this, Iris insisted over and over that "this is our process" and refused to proceed unless I filled out the form--something I knew wasn't necessary. When I pointed out the exact suit I wanted my fiancé to try on just for size, she outright refused to let him try it and continued to push the paperwork. Her attitude only got worse--eye-rolling, scoffing, and blatantly ignoring what I was asking for. It was clear she had no interest in actually helping us and seemed more focused on forcing her way through a rigid process than offering customer service. She then abruptly walked away and handed us off to another associate. That associate was Jordan--thankfully. He was everything Iris was not: professional, respectful, and actually willing to listen. He immediately helped my fiancé into a suit, took accurate measurements, and confirmed that they didn't carry the color we needed. He didn't make us fill out a pointless form and instead offered helpful suggestions on where to find what we were looking for. He turned the entire experience around and deserves full credit for that. In the end, just as I originally said, we didn't need to fill out the form because they didn't offer what we were looking for. Iris wasted our time, made the experience stressful, and treated us with complete disregard. She lacks basic listening skills, interrupts constantly, and approaches customer interaction with an inflexible, almost combative attitude. If she's going to work in a customer-facing role, she needs serious training in professionalism and communication. Jordan saved this from being a 1-star review. His excellent service was the only redeeming part of our visit. I highly recommend working with him--just hope you don't get stuck with Iris first.
