I ordered online from the store in December. By February my items hadn't arrived and the tracking…read morenumber I had showed no updates after January 3. The staff stated they'd give me a refund once they had an update from the post office. So they had my money, and literally said "I did provide the merchandise" which everyone agreed had never arrived. I pointed out that they could recover their lost funds from the post office since shipping is insured *for the shipper.* They wanted to keep my money in hand while they sorted that out. Then they asked if *I* had contacted the post office. Umm, I'm not eligible for anything with the post office for a package I didn't send and never saw! Lol. I've never heard of such a ridiculous business practice. They finally refunded my money when I got the better business bureau AND my post office involved. Spare yourself a lot of runaround and don't give them money in the first place. Shop elsewhere.

I think I must be coming here a little too frequently because now they greet me by name lol but I love it! There are a variety of clothing items, shoes, and accessories available for all sizes. Also, they normally have pretty good sales on a consistent basis. So if you're looking for a date night outfit or some comfy clothes to lounge in, I would definitely recommend coming to Torrid.

The first time purchasing taught me because I know my size and the other stores had a true fit. Their clothes here fit a size smaller, some were a couple of sizes smaller. The shirts aren't very long and I like to cover all of my stomach. They have a bunch of sales which is nice, but don't sign up for a Torrid card when you're getting clothes on sale. They didn't tell me at the time of applying/purchase that you lose the store sale even though you get a discount for getting the card. I didn't know that it couldn't be combined when the sale was better than the discount for getting approved. I only found out after the purchase when I noticed that I was still paying a large price and so I was rooked. I shouldn't have to ask. They should inform the customer so the customer can choose to proceed or not. Yet, they want customers to get a card so why would they want to tell them.

Called 4 separate times and finally received USPS Tracking information. Two days later and my sweater still has not been sent per tracking information. Every time I've called the employees are rude and say "the owners are out of town so they'll respond when they get back." Definitely do not order from this store, still questioning if this was fraud by the way this has gone.
