They are less expensive and the customer service is spot on! I have been looking for a gray t-shirt that I can wear with leggings. FOUND IT! And it was only $40. I bought a similar shirt at UO for $62 two years ago. They don't have a ton of stuff, but it's the cutest stuff in Abilene. And they always have something purple. We were looking for a game-day dress for my daughter and BOOM--only place in Abilene where we found one. Who'd a thunk?! I go here every time I'm in town. Women's clothing, shoes, jewelry, bags, household stuff / gifts (candles, wall crosses, etc.). Prices are more expensive than typical Abilene mall shopping, but less than bigger cities' boutiques -- bulk of items seem to be in the $80-200 price range. Brands carried include Joseph Ribkoff, Sharon Young, Foxcroft (shirts), Ivy Jane, Double D -- so you can see there's a range of styles from casual/modern to classic to western. Whether you're in your 20s or 60+, you can find something here to wear. (Their website lists all the brands so check there if you have a specific brand you're trying to find.) There's almost always a sale rack with good deals, especially as the seasons turn (shoes go on sale as well).

I wish I could give this 0 stars…read more I couldn't even make it in the store. After grabbing a quick breakfast from Whataburger, i pulled into the parking lot to finish eating and sending a work email. I wanted to check the store out because i had heard good things. I waited in my car for the store to open. While waiting, I worked a bit on my Mac. As I was waiting, a Car parked near me. This was odd because the parking lot was virtually empty and there were spots closer to the door. I also noticed that the woman in the car sat and watched me for a while. I was finishing up a work email and phone call as the owner approached me in my car. She motioned for me to roll my window down and told me that "this is a private parking lot". It was very condescending and rude. She assumed I was not a customer based on my skin. The parking lot was empty. I did not realize I was parked on the delivery side. I would understand if she had said I was parked on the delivery side, that the customer side was around the corner. The other lot was completely empty. I had just assumed the side with 5 cars was the right side. Instead, it was a "this is private property". You could tell that she was telling me to leave by her motion and the fact she stayed to watch me. I will never step foot in this store. You apparently can't be a black individual and be parked in a parking lot. Why would I try to be a black individual inside the store? Looking at the other reviews, I see that this is a trend. The jump to judgment when it comes to people of color is racist. I felt judged by the color of my skin. My education and appearance should not matter. I am an ACU grad, I have a Master in Business Administration and am finishing up an analytics certification. I don't care if someone is homeless, treat them with respect and kindness.

I ordered online from the store in December. By February my items hadn't arrived and the tracking…read morenumber I had showed no updates after January 3. The staff stated they'd give me a refund once they had an update from the post office. So they had my money, and literally said "I did provide the merchandise" which everyone agreed had never arrived. I pointed out that they could recover their lost funds from the post office since shipping is insured *for the shipper.* They wanted to keep my money in hand while they sorted that out. Then they asked if *I* had contacted the post office. Umm, I'm not eligible for anything with the post office for a package I didn't send and never saw! Lol. I've never heard of such a ridiculous business practice. They finally refunded my money when I got the better business bureau AND my post office involved. Spare yourself a lot of runaround and don't give them money in the first place. Shop elsewhere.
