Upon getting my cup and heading to the drink bar to serve myself a coke, both machines were not working properly and sprayed soda everywhere. You would think as the cashier, you would give your customers a heads up after paying a good price for sodas. Oh, and guess who followed me with her broom to the soda machine?! As I sat down, there was a homeless man in the eating area, who was standing at people's tables making everyone feel uncomfortable. Look, I'm not saying he doesn't belong, but his behavior was making people uneasy, and not one staff member, not even the manager, said anything to him. He's just loitering. Instead, they gave him free fries and a drink, pretty much encouraging his behavior. I'm not paying a premium for burgers and fries to foot his free meal. When the food finally came, my burger was so poorly constructed. All the onions were on one side, all the pickles were on another side, and the patties were just sloppily stacked. To top it off, the fries just tasted stale, like they had been sitting for a long time and then reheated for service. Just a really unpleasant experience at this location and not the standards I expect of Five Guys, when less than 10 minutes south, they deliver spot on 100% of the time.
