I love Via Sophia's, normally. We got a family feast take out tonight, for my husband's birthday…read more SO disappointed! The gondola was sticking out of the wrapper, and I'm assuming it was because it was so FULL of big chunks of lettuce, that they couldn't get it all in the wrapper. It wouldn't even stay together. (And the cheese tasted funny). The cheese bread normally is covered with cheese, but tonight, there were empty spaces between and around where the slices of cheese were placed. And it was all stuck together and came out of the box in chunks, as it stuck to the styrofoam as well. VERY disappointed, especially for a birthday dinner! Hoping this is a "one off" and not the new norm!

My girlfriend and I should have questioned our choice when we pulled in the parking lot and it was…read moreempty. But we decided to give it a try and ordered the chicken alfredo and tortellini. When the food came out, the chicken tasted extremely rubbery like it was recooked in a microwave and the alfredo sauce had no flavor. My girlfriends tortellini was refrigerator cold in the middle with her sauce being watered down. When we said something to the young manager, she attempted to remake the tortellini but only to recieve the same results. Cold in the middle and watered down sauce. This place does not serve fresh food, it felt and tasted like yesterday's leftovers! Even the so called garlic bread was no better than buttered toast with a sprinkle of garlic powder. So with our full plates of food on the table, we left on our way out we spoke to the young manager. We told her how horrible the food was and how dissatisfied we were with their establishment. We just recieved a reply of, we're sorry and have a better evening. We will definitely not be returning to this establishment!! DO NOT eat here, it is a complete waste of your money and time!! As well as potentially giving you food poisoning with undercooked food!

As it turned out, the sandwich was Great but the service was some of the worst I have ever experienced. In fact I would probably give this place 5 stars and may go back there again except for the way I was treated by your rude cashier Tonya. Melissa wrote her review about this same issue 6 months ago and customers are still experiencing the same rude service so I guess bad service does not matter to this place.

Also, the food he said coming from Sam's club- again never experienced that and I supposed it depends on what you order - like chicken tenders or other pre made items. I would suggest that you go for breakfast. They make stellar breakfasts, and i highly suggest some type of omelette. You will get a very large omelette, stuffed with ingredients. I have ordered the spinach and mushroom, as well as the veggie omelette and both were outstanding. You also get a hearty portion of american fries or hashbrowns on the side AND a side of toast. I have subsituted a pancake for toast and it cost me an extra $1. Oh and the omelette was $5.75! We have been everywhere for breakfast and you cannot buy an omelette for $5.75 and still get that large of a portion. Coffee is bottomless and delicious! And they serve breakfast all day! who can beat that. It's a cozy spot - hard working folks that run it - recommend it highly for breakfast fare!
