Scammers

Scammers, if you go there make sure you see how much they charge you. The guys are sneaky and will overcharge you, $87 for a fucking lamb over rice. They keep the terminal with them, and I made the mistake of trusting them and just tapping, I should've known better.

Really good halal cart. I go for chicken and lamb combo over rice. Chicken is red and definitely has a little Indian flair.

Open late and serves a mean chicken and rice. What more can you want in life? Ask for the green sauce.

I was wanting seafood ramen so I googled and looked up several places. This place caught my…read moreattention since it not only had positive reviews but also good looking bowls from what I can tell on yelp. Not every ramen shop serves seafood. Every single one serve char siu and pork but not seafood. I will admit that upon entering this restaurant, I was a bit skeptical since the entrance was not very welcoming. They had their kitchen set up in the front of the restaurant which I thought was very unusual. I didn't even know they have seating in the back. The waitress let me go look. The back of the restaurant had about 5-6 tables. It was a bit too dark for my taste so I wouldn't be into sitting down to eat here. I ordered a Seafood Tonkotsu Ramen, Karaage and Chicken wonton ramen. The total came out to a little over $68. Very expensive but it made my mom and brother happy which was all that matters. They had a menu advertising first order 50% off on their app but it doesn't work and the workers knew that yet didn't bother to remove those menus. Bummer. All in all, I would come back to order take out but only once in a while since it was very expensive.

Besides Milos, I never expected Hudson Yards to have such a fantastic Mediterranean restaurant!…read more The Dip Tower was definitely the MVP. Every single dip was so delicious I wanted to take some home. The layers of flavor were amazing, and it was impossible to stop eating it with the freshly baked pita! The Yellowtail was rather ordinary. Although it contained a lot of spices, the fishy taste was still noticeable, so I wouldn't recommend it. The other dishes--North African eggs, steak, and Brussels sprouts--were just okay. The biggest surprise was the dessert--Lemon Frozen Yogurt! It was so delicious I wanted another serving!! The acidity was just right, refreshing without being too sweet. A bite after the meal was incredibly soothing. I must say, Mediterranean people really know how to make yogurt; they can make even a simple frozen yogurt look amazing.

We had a reservation for 5 initially so we're seated at a large round table near the bar. The staff gave me a nice card congratulating me on my engagement as well. It was quite cold inside all of our meal but that didn't stop us from getting cocktails. We ordered an espresso martini, a spritz and a Field Trip I believe. All good but the espresso martini was a little lackluster. We mainly shared food starting with 3 Dressed Big Rock Oysters. While the presentation was beautiful, they were a little too dressed for me. The Zou Zou's Dip Tower, however, was fabulous. Every dip was unique and delicious and had us consistently rotating between all of them. The bread that came with it was so fresh and warm and the crudo was good to use as dip vessels as well. Finally, we ended by sharing The Zou Burger and Roasted Brussels Sprouts. While it was good, the waiter forgot to remove the sumac onions like we had asked. We also had to wait long periods between being helped and the waiter didn't seem to really be that familiar with the menu when we asked questions about what we ordered. A stunning place with really good food, but for the caliber of restaurant, we shouldn't have to ask the bartender for refills or our check.

We happened on this spot on the way to a show, and so happy we did. Such a cozy small dining room,…read moretastefully and simply designed. Everything was delicious! I had the classic Tonkatsu Ramen, with an egg - The pork ws seared and still so tender! The broth was very flavorful. My husband has a salmon rice bowl, and he loved it. He said the fish was cooked perfectly! We started with veggie gyoza, and they do them in a very interesting way. Very flat and all fried together. We were surprised when they brought them, but they were awesome! we were. fan of this style almost immediately! The waiter gently recommended the pork gyoza (his preference) but not everyone at the table eats meat, so we stayed with the vegetable. We really enjoyed our meal! everything was quick, the service was above and beyond, we would happily return!

As a non-vegetarian though, from my small sample size, I was not too eager to want to try more nor come back, although it doesn't taste bad. Gyudon - This bowl had more onion than beef, which is not ideal for a fulfilling main. The poached egg is impressively petite, and the bowl otherwise has a pleasant sweetness to it. Adel's Famous Halal Food is absolutely worth the hype! A must-visit NYC street-food experience…read more We ordered the spicy rice with chicken, and the real game-changer was the sauces! Get both the green sauce and the spicy red sauce--they elevate the entire dish to another level. The portions are HUGE, there's plenty of meat, and the prices are incredibly affordable for how much food you get. The combination of flavorful rice, juicy chicken, and those sauces makes this seriously satisfying street food. I can't wait to go back and try their lamb! Service is quick, but be prepared for a looooong line. We went around midnight and still waited about 30 minutes, which is apparently a relatively short wait here! It's a classic NYC halal food stall, with no-frills street-food vibes and food that absolutely delivers. Come hungry, get both sauces, and don't let the line scare you off!

This is worth the hype guys... I have no idea how it got so popular (tiktok, ig reels, word of…read moremouth?) but everytime I passed by here during my trip there was a line. It also smelled heavenly. We decided to keep the good vibes going after the most fun night - BTS concert - since this was near our hotel, we got in line around 11:30pm? They're open until super late. Didn't even spend that long in line to be honest, or maybe I just didn't mind the wait? When you get closer to the front, the line splits into two - not sure what the system is logically but it does help with ordering faster. We got one platter for 2 people - Mixed Platter which includes rice, lamb, chicken, and a slice of pita. You also have the option to pile on some crispy french fries (why would you reject fries) and get a drizzle of various sauces. I very intelligently opted for the hot sauce on the side, and was so grateful for that because it does pack a punch! Gosh, this was so delicious. SEASONED, and everything on the plate mixed together so well in one bite. Also an excellent portion that would definitely last you at least 2-3 meals if you got it for one person. I'm for sure going back next time I'm in Manhattan.
