I ordered 2 cans of coke and they ran out so they didn't even bother to call and inquire what I would prefer instead of what I ordered, They randomly sent me Diet Coke which I don't drink. I used to get delivery from here really often(about once a week for the year I lived nearby). I always ordered the lamb rice shawarma which I absolutely loved. I moved away from the area a year ago. I started craving the shawarma again and I realized I never wrote a review. The delivery sometimes took a while, but the food was still fresh. I've eaten here 3 times now and the food is generally good. They have a great variety and the pricing is fair. Most recently I got the Chicken Kofta Kabab over rice and it was not very enjoyable, mostly because the kababs looked like they weren't fresh. I bit into one and it was super hard, had to microwave it (I thought maybe it was just cold) and it still didn't taste fresh at all. I'm attaching a picture. The delivery took over 3.5 hours. I mean they usually they take a bit but Three and a half hours...........I called several times to tell them what was going on. Apparently the delivery guy claimed he had come and had called me. Absolute lies. It's a 6-7 minute drive from them to me, and if I had a car I would do it myself. To compensate for this garbage service they gave me a free soda, gee thanks. Maybe pickup in the future, but not delivery ever again. read more

The quality for the food is always great. I always get take out. My favorite is chicken tikka with extra white sauce. They cook to order so the chicken is always moist. Tons of flavor. I always allow 30-40 min before picking up. This is a small place with only a few people working. During peak meal time they don't have enough people to man the kitchen and counter plus deliver. This is why their delivery time couple be frustrating for customers. This is the limitation of a small and popular food establishment. I do not put myself through the aggravation of waiting for delivery. Picking up take out allows the customers have better control when their food is ready. I had friends coming over. We wanted to order delivery from this place. We put in order for Chicken Kadahi. When we got the delivery it had just 3 cold, dry and refrigerated old drumsticks in it. I told the delivery guy but he was third party and had no affiliation with the store and didn't want to handle it. Then I called them and they told me that their chef did not come that day. And they wouldn't give me refund either. If you go in their to eat then it's ok I guess as you can see what you are getting. But ordering delivery wouldn't be very wise. read more

This is the second time I had their delivery and again it was EXCELLENT. I asked for some of the sauce on the side, which made it perfect. The rice was flavorful and tasted fresh, the chicken Schwarma was a HUGE portion, the chicken was plentiful and tasty and the falafel, which my kids ate and I sampled, was great. The driver was very nice, so I guess I get a different driver as I have seen some complaints on here. The food came within five minutes of the predicted time and the driver even called when he was about a block away to let me know he was almost here. Took almost 2 hours for a delivery order. Even with the food being luke warm it was tasty and the portions were large.

Same thing happened to me twice! friends and I placed orders and after 1 1/2 hrs waiting for our delivery we called and of course they said it was on it's way. It has authentic Mediterranean food, great delivery (on weekends they are busy and their delivery time is always late), very affordable prices. It was good when they first opened. When they first opened they had 2 rotating spits, one for the lamb shawarma and one for chicken shawarma. Now they started cutting corners and only using a spit for the lamb shawarma and now they cook the so-called chicken shawarma on the grill instead of rotisserie style on the spit. Just recently it seems they got a new guy in the kitchen who is lazy and when I asked for a Kafta kebab on naan he used the Greek style pita instead. When I asked him why its on pita instead of on naan he said "we don't do naan." I asked him then, "when I ordered over the phone why didn't you inform me." His response was, "oh, you talked to someone else not me." Then the nice guy who usually takes the orders told him to remake it. I then went back another time and asked for Chicken tikka over rice and chicken shawarma over rice and instead of giving me the chicken breast that is normally used for chicken tikka, I was given the same chicken shawarma meat with way too much chicken tikka seasoning. So now chicken tikka is the same as chicken shawarma? There seems to be a pattern as the same guy was working in the kitchen with a bad attitude.
