Which is these people who just eat Korean/Japanese food. And one of the episodes was they went to their local deli and bought all these snacks/foods. I was really excited when we came in and saw the variety of sushi items, sandwiches, sodas and everything in between. I stocked up to bring home with me. Everything that I bought was yummy! Can't wait to visit Japan and Korea to immerse myself in their culture and food. Would highly recommend this store.

The original location is in Deer Park and this one was opened a few years ago. They have great Italian imports from coffees to olives to freshly made deli items and produce. The variety of foods in their deli case include a dozen cuts of steaks, different salads, and different homemade dishes. If you want sweets, they have a large bakery with many different items to choose from. There is also an ample amount of parking so you don't have to worry about finding a spot.

I primarily go here for Maggi noodles, Maggi sauce, Indian spices, pickles, curry powder, snacks and sometimes sweets, yogurt, basmati rice and mango lassi. Items have fairly decent price and have a good variety of Indian brands. This store used be dark and old. But they have done a renovation after which its appearance has improved significantly. New front signs, new floors, aisle markings, new fridges were added as part of renovation. But still the shelves in vegetables area are way outdated. Vegetables and fruits also don't appear appealing to me. So I stick to the non perishable items. In all these years of shopping here, I never had any problem. Staff are friendly and helpful usually. Checkout lanes are usually fast. Hope they keep doing well, so I can keep doing my desi grocery shopping from here.

They have a lot of biscuits on the shelves behind the counter service was good. There was only one person in front of me when I came on a Saturday morning and my total came out to about $60 with two types of biscuits + 2 lbs of jerky.

If you have never had Malaysian style meat jerky, then this shop in Chinatown is not a bad place for your first time. I know the name says "Beef Jerky", but I think I have always preferred the pork jerky slightly more, especially the spicy one. Unlike American jerky, it is not dry, quite moist, and grilled. Hard to explain, you will need to taste it to understand. Btw, you can ask for a taste to see if you like it. However, they don't sell by the piece. Therefore, the minimum purchase is a quarter pound. For a few dollars, it's a fantastic snack.
