Not chewy or fatty which was a bonus cause you never know with steak. Finally, the star of the show which was the kofta. If I go back, I only need kofta as my main. I'm not a huge kofta guy but this might have converted me. Grilled to perfection. The lamb was not too overpowering which can sometimes be the case. Very good portion as well (2 big pieces).
