Great customer service everytime! Food is delicious! One of my family's favorite places to go to in the area.

Darla's claims to be a deli and gaming parlor, but they got rid of a lot of the menu since the last time. Has actual beers and a few premade cookies and stuff to choose from. There's also a few healthy options. A little place on the end of a strip mall. It doesn't look like much, and it isn't really. The inside has a few slots and tables. Also they have a few beers. It's about $2 for bottles of domestics. They have the usual stuff like Miller Lite. As for the food, it made changes to the menu about what is available. It's gotten rid of all the sandwiches, including the Peanut Butter And Jelly Sandwich. That sucks. It's about $2 for a bag of chips. There's not much in the way of food except some cookies and pastries. Cool place to have some beers and get food. It's unique from most delis because this has slots, so it's also a gaming parlor. The food menu is limited because there's no more of typical deli things, such as sandwiches.

The service is great but also they're healthy (no sugary drinks) infused waters as well as sustainably conscious with their Tapari plates handmade from plants in Nepal! I dug in and enjoyed every morsel. It was well prepared, fresh, and delicious. I also indulged in a couple bottles of their smoothies, blueberry with avocado, banana, bananas, cane sugar, and a strawberry banana with the same cane sugar also vegan friendly. I originally learned of this place when I worked in Tinley Park a couple years ago and drove all the way from Chicago today to go there to treat myself. As usual, I was greeted with kindness by Chris, who was working the register at the time. The ambience is surreal, it provides a quiet place to enjoy your food, read, work or if you need to just reflect on life. This is one of my favorites and although they're not close to Chicago, it's worth the drive! I was a little disappointed that they no longer have my avocado rolls. I really enjoyed those but everything is still good. I wish I could get more vegan options on the menu but overall, Avocado Theory is a 12 out of 10.

Now that the whole complex is a vibe, this downtown location has become a focal point, and a pretty important puzzle piece in the overall success of Harmony Square. The good news is that they're still doing the right things to ensure the continued success of their brand. I have to believe that this location would be considered their "flagship" store. The two story spot is well staffed with likable servers and hosts, the food is just good enough to keep the people coming back - without doing anything special that would estrange some of their target audience. Most importantly, this location guarantees them a captive audience. We've been here a handful of times since my initial review, so I figured I'd update my review... the restaurant itself hasn't changed, which is great news. My wife and I stopped in for lunch on their rooftop with one of our daughters, and the experience was fantastic. The service was great. The Chicken Pesto Flatbread we shared for lunch was tasty, and we were able to watch the Cub game on one of the many TV's on the rooftop. The only reason this spot didn't get my coveted 5 star rating is the food. It's good. Some of it is pretty good... some of it is very mediocre, but none of it stands out as being really f*cking good. That being written, it's still a very solid option when you're visiting Harmony Square!

One of the days I worked remotely and had a table for a few hours. I noted how clean and neat the café was and the good condition of the furniture and carpeting. I've seen some really rundown Panera breads. The service was fine and some of the servers were more friendly than others, but I could not possibly complain about anything. The closest thing to a complaint is that I stopped in one evening around 8 PM, an hour before close, and asked for a cup of decaf. They didn't have any, but the server was super pleasant and said she'd be happy to bruise them for me. No problem. Also, something I've never seen after working remotely at many Panera's, someone walked around offering samples that they're baked goods. When I picked up the lunch order from my office today, they included a sample of a baked good in my bag. Really nice touch, no complaints here. I don't really love food at Panera, maybe just the soup. Prices have gone up and that the corporate decision but I think this is one of the nicer cafés that I've been to.

The staff is friendly, the restaurant is always clean, and I never have issues with my order. Tonight, I ordered the new baked potato soup and it was very good. I also had the tomato basil BLT, without the b! I just love that tomato basil bread. I ordered the creme brulee latte which I'm hooked on, but I forgot to ask for it with almond milk and once I sat down in my table I realized it. I took it up to the register and told the guy of my mistake offering to pay for a new one. He insisted that was unnecessary and gave me a corrected latte on the house! I love Panera bread when I need a quiet place to have a warm meal and get a little reading in.
