I've been to this location twice. The first time was to purchase contact lenses. I walk in and the sales lady was just chit chatting with another woman (who wasnt as customer as they were gossiping about someone they both knew). This woman completely ignores me for 5 minutes. And when she finally talks to me its to let me know she will be with me shortly. She then proceeds to wrap things up with her friend, who leaves the store. So sales lady does the exam, I pay for the contact lenses which she said will be delivered to the store a few days and that she will call when they are in. More than a week passes and still no call. I finally call her and she tells me that she had written my number wrong. Which is fine. I drop in and get my contacts and she gives me an extra pair.
So today we walk in because I needed new glasses, she is talking to 2 customers and telling them about lasik. It took her 10 minutes to even acknowledge us. She continued to talk to the other ladies. She began telling them stories about her life and honestly at this point I was getting annoyed. When the 2 women left, she finally made her way to me. Attempted to be polite but was condescending and just made me feel that everything I asked was a burden to her. She definitely was not as friendly towards me as she was the 2 other women. Very very disappointing. I have bought my contacts and glasses from Hakim Optical for years and have always had a great things to say about their front line staff.
