My boyfriend had trees cut down at his house and told me how excellent this company was so I gave it a shot. Not only was their price excellent but they did tons of work in less than 2 hours and you would never even know they were here except for the improvement. I'm a tree hugger so this was hard for me to do but the wisteria next door was coming through and wrapping around my trees. They cut down a big oak, took out giant box woods that got out of control and trimmed a bunch of trees. I can not believe how fast this improvement happened. I can't recommend them enough. Now that I saw with my own eyes how well they worked, I am going to hire them to come back and touch up some other things in the future. A+++ Here's a video while they were in the middle of it. I can't believe how well they cleaned up after.

Sammy and his crew were outstanding! Sammy came out first…read morething in the morning for an estimate on a large dead pine right against the corner of our house (plus two other tall pines and some trimming). His crew was already in the neighborhood and showed up just a few hours later. They safely took down all three trees (including a full stump grind on the big one near the house), removed a giant heavy branch hanging toward our roof from the utility tree, and trimmed two others. Everything was done professionally with great care around the house, power lines, and landscaping. They clearly know what they're doing and worked efficiently -- the whole job only took a couple of hours. The price was very fair for the amount of work and the risks involved. Highly recommend Master Tree Services for any tree work. Reliable, fast, and trustworthy.

I recently requested a free estimate for a property in East Quogue which required extensive tree…read morework. There were several dead and dying trees, and the remaining trees on the property hadn't been trimmed back for a good 20 years. They were overgrown. Every tree on the property needed work: either removal or extensive pruning (20+ trees). These are tall, mature white oak, pine, and maple trees. I called several tree removal companies for estimates. Santos Hernandez not only promptly called me back within an hour, he scheduled the in person estimate appointment quickly. He gave an extremely fair and competitive quote for the job after meeting me at the property and seeing the scope of work. He promptly emailed the written estimate and certificates of insurance (liability and workers comp) for review after our meeting. He was courteous, knowledgeable and professional, and I immediately felt comfortable. (I can't say that for other companies that I felt were subtly trying to manipulate me). We accepted the quote and the job was scheduled very quickly. The 4 man crew showed up early (by 7:40 am) on the day of service and promptly started at 8 am. They were polite and extremely hard working. They worked the entire day until almost 4 pm and it was a flurry of chain saws, bucket trucks, and stump grinders- a HUGE job. They raked and cleaned up everything. They all were wonderful. You can tell they are experienced in what they do. They removed all the heavy branches overhanging the house. They checked with me as to where they could move a bucket truck during the work. They had to drive onto the lawn at points to be able to get to all the trees (which of course I didn't mind). I appreciated being asked. In summary, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company! Experienced, knowledgeable, efficient and they offer extremely fair prices! This is a family run company that takes pride in their work. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. If I could give them more than five stars I would! Thank you Hernandez Tree Care Service!!
