Not only is she a wonderful stylist, she is an amazing person - empathetic, good listener, funny, down to earth. I first came ~4months ago for a haircut repair from a bad cut. It was wonky, and I'd been given a random short layer on only one side. She listened to what I wanted, seeing beyond the bad cut and cleaned it up beautifully...keeping her eye on what it could be once things grew out. I returned today with my daughter - she got her first real cut in a salon. Nicole could not have been more patient!! And she gave our girl just what she wanted. Happy mom, happy daughter!!

I normally don't preschedule so I see multiple different hair stylists which may or may not be a good thing. I recently prescheduled an appointment and was running late so I gave a call to the salon. The woman on the phone was short and slightly obnoxious in that she was almost happy to tell me I would need to reschedule and still pay 100% for my cancellation. I did not cancel anything and it was a forced cancellation. I even asked if there was a late fee I could pay or reschedule it and only pay 50% for rescheduling fee since I've been a customer for so long but once again, she sounded happy to tell me no. I understand that being late is 100% my fault but I've also had to wait for my stylist for 10-15 mins when arriving on time so they are also not 100% punctual. This left a bitter taste in my mouth and I will unfortunately not be going back anymore.

She has been doing hair for over 30 years, and it absolutely shows in her skill, professionalism, and the way she genuinely cares about her clients. She takes the time to listen, offers honest advice, and always wants you to leave feeling beautiful and confident. That kind of consistency, dedication, and personal care is hard to find these days. So many of her clients have stayed with her for years for a reason. One thing I really admire is the reputation she has built over decades through hard work, loyalty, and the relationships she's created with her clients. In a world where one harsh review can sometimes speak louder than years of happy customers, it's important to remember that long-standing excellence and trust matter. If you're looking for someone with true experience, a kind heart, and a genuine passion for what she does, Mary is absolutely someone I would recommend.

After a long journey of trying to find a stylist who seamlessly blends extensions into short,…read morestraight hair I stumbled upon Tyler's Instagram and had to check her out. During my consultation Tyler explained for the length I had I would need more hair that usual, and she got to color matching my grown out, red/brown hair I felt was going to be impossible to match. Somehow Tyler got a perfect blend of colors to match!! We scheduled the install and got to work. The install experience was so, so, so good! Really have never had such a relaxing, laid back hair appointment. Her studio is beautiful and just has the most welcoming vibe, and Tyler makes sure you feel comfortable. She started off with a trim to ensure the extensions would blend well into my natural hair. As she started installing the extensions, she made sure to check in and ask if they were feeling comfortable throughout. During our lunch break she included a mimosa & charcuterie board snack! Such a sweet addition to the service. When we got back to the install and she worked her way to the front, I noticed her sectioning was perfect before she placed down the tape ins. This was super impressive to me!! I've had horror stories with other hair stylists who do a sloppy job just to get done quicker, but not Tyler. She pays extra attention to detail and when asked she explains from a customer point of view, and how uncomfortable it could get for the customer when their hair is not done properly. When she got to styling, before she even blended my extensions in, I was already impressed. The color match was CRAZY and after all the hair I needed, it surprisingly felt super comfortable. She got to work on blending in the extensions with my short, shoulder length hair and then styled it. I could not believe it when she was done, felt like a whole new person. Tyler really gave me the perfect mermaid/victorias secret model hair of my dreams!! I'm so in love and excited to go back in a few weeks for my next session.
