She is so talented and just an awesome person. She takes such pride in her work and it shows in her results. She is fabulous! I came in for the first time for highlights and a trim and when she finished I was beyond satisfied! I will be looking forward to my next appointment. I was watching Bethina with her customers and she also does an awesome job. Give either one a chance at 252-447-9478 and you will not be disappointed! The shop is so cool, too!

She didn't talk to me barely, which I was fine with because I am not a talkative type. I ended up paying $75 for a trim and a mess. I had to go home and have my mom curl my hair.

The prices are incredibly reasonable and They do their best to fit you in and take their time to do your hair right. I always go to Erin, after visiting here from NY and Boston she's the only person I trust with my hair outside of the north east. She never cuts it too short (seriously, that makes me cry!) and she is able to add character and movement to my hair without taking too much length off. She's great at following directions! I haven't had coloring done here yet, but wow the photos they put on their FB page are amazing, so when I finally get the guts to do it I'll have my coloring done here. I've recommended them to all of my family and friends!

She asked a lot of questions and wanted to please, but it was an absolute disaster. At one point, she asked what I thought she should do. I actually have to go out and buy a hat. It is that bad. Uneven, extremely short (in places) and not even close to being blended. It's very choppy. She would probably be fine for someone that had long hair and said, "an inch off, please" I'm so sorry to leave this, but I am warning women with short/slow growing hair. You need to find another salon.

Kim is the best! She's professional yet warm and personable…read more I had a wonderful facial which included a mini massage of hands/arms and face/neck area. She made sure I was totally comfortable at all times. Kim used products from the Dermalogica brand product line. They are all natural and very gentle but definitely work. Kim sells the products but has never pressured me to buy from her. However, I'm sure I will buy some of them because my pores are invisible and my skin glows!! She also made my eyebrows look 100% better! I can't stop admiring them! I'll always got to Kim Sivecz for facials, hair removal, and eyebrow work.

I was called 2 hours prior and told that she was running 15 minutes late.....great I thought....what other place notifies you, I was impressed. I showed up at 5:05 for my 5:15 appt. and was told it would be another 45 minutes...... This raises two questions..... 1. if they would cal me for 15 minutes, why wouldn't they for 45? 2. What good is making an appt if they can see you a total of an hour AFTER your original scheduled time. I was a first time customer treated like crap by this place, and I'm going back to great clips.....where even if the cut isn't that great, I can be in and out faster and treated better.
