After receiving a lovely shampoo, scalp, and hand massage, we went to her chair for the cut and style. She consulted with me throughout the cut. When we got to blow drying and styling, she provided good advice and methods on how to achieve optimum results for volume and style. I was so pleased with the end result! It was exactly what I wanted and needed. She is a wonderful stylist! I booked another appointment for a trim, and will be following up with her for highlights in the future. You have to know, I have been threading for 30 years already, every 2 to 3 weeks in FL. I've tried several places in Tampa area so I'll claim this as my expertise in knowing you should not get rough skin after it's completed. The string also won't normally break if they aren't being rough. At this location during check out they keep skipping the sign in part where you can get your points earned. Recent visit, she sighed when I cancelled the checkout so I could sign in. I already despise tipping on a service that has a rate and there is nothing to do that would be EXTRA but I tipped $1 on the $12.99 and she rolled her eyes when she looked at the screen to complete the checkout. She's literally lucky I could not take the $1 back. I realize there are not many threading places available which is already disheartening but I'll keep trying to find a different threading location. For those wondering I can't wax it burns my sensitive skin. You also can't wax if you use any retinol so keep that all in mind as to part of the reason I've continued to go back. I took both of my sons here yesterday to get hair cuts. We made appointments prior to showing up…read moreand we had been here 2 times prior. My youngest son went first and me and my older son waited in the waiting area and talked quietly. About halfway thru the haircut I felt like I had something in my throat it had became dry and I started choking and coughing. The barber cutting my son's hair very rudely said do you need a Kleenex to which I couldn't really reply because I was still choking. He then said you shouldn't have came here if you're sick very loud and in front of other customers and staff. I tried explaining to him that I was choking and just needed a drink of water to which he said no one in here wants to be around someone that's couching and is sick and you sound very sick. It really caught me so off guard that he would treat me like this. He said I should've stayed home and not came in here if I was sick and that no one in the shop wanted to hear me cough or be around me. I almost got up and walked out with both of my kids because of the way he treated me but It wouldn't have been fair to my son who only had half a hair cut. So I continued sitting there and within a minute he glared back over at me and started making comments again under his breath about me. I then got up paid for my son's hair cut and took my older son and told my younger son when he was done we would be in the car. I don't think I've ever been treated so rudely before by someone while I was there paying for a service from them. When my son came out from getting his haircut he was very upset because of what happened and said after I left the barber continued to talk about and bad mouth me to him while he finished. We will never do business with this barber shop again.

Terrible Service My family has scheduled appts for over a…read moreyear and have always tipped the service. Today we had appt for 3 pedicures & 2 nails for 5pm. We arrived before 5pm and told we had a wait. We asked how long and they said at least 30 minutes. Then another customer comes in and they told her that her appt was tomorrow. She said she knew that and changed it I. Her phone. They took her right back to a foot chair. It was uncomfortable that a person without an app was taken back. I felt they were taking poor about us in their native language. They never apologized or updated us why we had a long wait. We left. We went to BELLAGIO Nail Salon. After we told the what happened, they fit us in and were very kind. We had different services at different times but all were done together. It's not nice to make fun of customers and take walk-in's over appts. This is just a nail appt gone bad and not a bad day, but rudeness is never good to experience it in a public setting.
