I came here for a 60m massage and 60m scalp treatment. It was unfortunately a very bad experience…read more I'm 5'9, the massage beds are not long enough to accommodate someone of my height. I had to squish my neck to fit. They have you change into shorts and a shirt they provide, but the shorts are only available in a size medium so they had nothing for me to wear. The massage was not good, the person kept on plastic gloves that irritated my skin and was largely just pinching my skin. I asked to end the massage after 30m because I was genuinely in pain from the pinching and my skin was red with irritation from the plastic. The scalp treatment was unfortunately similarly bad. The table you lay on for the scalp treatment is very short, so that I could not lay down fully without my feet pressing into the wall. I kept trying to contort my body to find a more comfortable position, but I was not able. I had to end the treatment after just the shampoo. My hair was left in a huge tangle of knots because the way they shampoo puts the hair into sort of a rats nest. I had to repeatedly ask to stop the treatment before they would rinse my hair and let me up. Despite neither 60m service being completed, they still wanted me to pay almost full price. The woman at the desk felt so bad that the manager asked me to pay that she offered to pay out of pocket herself. That was so nice of her, but reflects very poorly on the manager and spa. Employees should not be put out that way. I would say if you are shorter perhaps this place can work better for you. If you are tall, do not bother. Seems that the therapist you get also makes a difference. I would not recommend.
