I only use professional hair products and take great care of my hair, I asked for a simple highlights touch up however Holly has over processed and fried my hair. With the amount of breakage I now have, I am afraid it is beyond repair. I am taking this matter to small claims court. I would suggest that others who have problems with this salon do the same.
