State of the art equipment adds to the ambiance as well as to the overall service delivery. I followed my hair dresser of many years, Rose, when she boldly moved her skills to this salon. Stay tuned as they expand the staff and add more services to the repertoire. Stop and check it out! (Photos borrowed from their website)

It was fun for me to listen to conversations around, and also be included in them, while not being a regular. I also feel like Tayla really means what she says - I didn't feel pressure to book an appointment, I commented on how my last hair cut was all uneven and I was cutting off like three inch chunks when I left and I know I don't go often but I still want a solid cut when I do and I felt like she meant it when she validated my opinion. The location is convenient for me, it was easy to book, and I have long hair that I actually like right now. I look forward to going back and may try and make it happen sooner than six months.

When I first arrived, I was a bit confused on the entrance but there is parking in the back and a staircase in the front leading to the balcony entrance. My first impression of the salon was that it was very clean, well decorated, and each station had large mirrors. Per request, my hair dresser was also Jasmine. Three words I would use to describe her are professional, hospitable, and thorough. When I arrived, she was finishing something up but immediately after, she made every effort to make me feel at home and she succeeded. She offered me some tea and a snack and asked a few questions to get an idea of the vision I was going for with my hair. As time went on, we talked about almost everything which made time fly by. She answered the general questions I asked about hair maintenance with confidence. She was very gentle and made sure I was doing well throughout. During down time, she made sure to clean up as she went which explains why the salon is sparkling clean. It was also just me at the salon that day so it was a very relaxing and personal experience. She took her time with everything which was great. I was very happy with how my hair turned out and she took note of the products/color used to replicate it for next time. I booked a follow up appointment so I think I have found my go to salon. I would highly recommend coming here if you're looking for high quality services in a clean and professional environment. And based on other customer reviews, all employees are very talented!

Only bummer is that there was no hand and arm massage like I've grown to love from other nail salons. Maybe the oils in lotion don't work with the gel... who knows. It's clear this salon is run by a true professional, something that is very hard to find in the hair and beauty industry. I am so glad to support her and this small business! I highly recommend her as both a regular stylist, and for bridal hair (everyone's hair was amazing. I am obsessed with my wedding day hair and want my hair to look that freaking fancy daily). I love her and you will, too! Also, Danielle from Hair Tech did my makeup and the bridesmaids for my wedding. She is amazing and the makeup was absolutely beautiful. It stayed on all night (despite the rain), looked great in person and in pictures. We could not have been any happier!!! I highly recommend Danielle for your wedding makeup needs.
