After countless searches I found Hyun Hair studio and gave a quick phone call to Jennifer back in June. I previously had a chemical perm from another stylist, but wanted to have my natural straight hair since I had my wedding coming up. You start off the service with getting your hair washed and then head over to the chair where Jennifer does her assessment of the next steps. Jennifer was really sweet and personable during the haircut and she also gave honest feedback on what worked for my face. The end result exceeded my expectations since the layers were done so well. Also a big bonus of this salon is the value for the services. A lot of salons and barbershops nowadays charge exorbitant prices that it's difficult to find somewhere affordable and high quality. Hyun hair had great prices that were very fair compared to other places. I loved my experience so much that I had Jennifer also do some layers for my wife. This review is about second photo. First photo was my friend who did pink money piece (bang) years ago. I had like frizzy hair before but now after digital perm my hair is manageable. I asked hairdresser to make it less curl as possible (using widest rod) and not curling all the way up because my reason for getting perm was to manage hair easily. But I could have made it curlier. But I like it like this too! I don't have to use curling iron every morning. All I need to do is put curl cream or oil and I am ready to go! Thank you Ps/ shop was clean as always , and calm classic musics make me feel at home :) read more
