The owners, Allen and Rita, are super friendly, fast, professional, and good at what they do. They made both my friend and I comfortable, and somehow got us both finished in a little more than 2 hours. I got a very much needed haircut and highlights, while she got a trim and perm. They're well versed in Taiwanese/Asian styles and we very much appreciated how they recommend us styles that suit our personalities and personal style. Since I have thicker hair, my total was $225 and $265 post tip. The salon itself is very clean, bright, and comfortable. It's minimally decorated and has everything needed for your hair styling needs. The parking is a bit fierce as it shares a space in a popular plaza, but as long as you make an appointment at a less popular time you should be good to go!

He was my hair stylist and he made the visit very enjoyable. He made sure to ask me all the questions to get to the hair color that I really wanted. He was very detail oriented, made sure to check in on the bleach in my hair, and offered tips on how to maintain light colored hair. I definitely would come back and ask for Jackson!! She asks me what I think and I tell her it's quite yellow. Kay then said, "yeah you wanted something brighter but this is the color we can do for today." If you know you will not be able to do something for a customer, you should not give them a quote and perform a service, expecting them to be happy by the end of it. I brought up my dissatisfaction, and I was met with three options, 1. Go darker 2. Pay yet another $270 to get what I wanted in the first place, bringing the total to $540 3. Get the tip returned to me and she will keep the $270 for the service. In the end I had to settle for getting the tip money back as she was not understanding how what she did was improper and basically scamming. After she even admitted to her lack of professionalism by not telling me it could not be don This was extremely weird because I paid $270 for something I didn't even want nor is remotely close to what I asked for. So now, I'm out $270 and I hate how I look, all before a wedding I got this done for. Now I'll have to spend more money to get something I actually wanted. Avoid this place at all costs.
