I went to get my nails done with xochi and the first time she did my nails she did great I didnt mind when she cut me bc I have a high pain tolerance. The second time I went there she cut me again which I didnt mind but when I got home both of my thumbs didnt cure all the way. I send her a pic of it and explain to her that my thumbs didnt cure. She message me right away and that I can come in tomorrow. Its been 3 days and I haven't gotten my thumbs fixed bc she hadn't been replying to me.... it's so unprofessional and sad that this how shes treating a paying customer. read more

First time visiting and the owner Mari and her staff provided the best customer service. Had my haircut by Stephanie who absolutely impressed me! 2 on top with a medium fade and skin. She used the blade for the edge up and clean up also trimmed my mustache. Charged me at $17 (special). The wait was less than 15min and slow for today (Thursday/1500ish). Had the chance to see the other barber Junior in action as well and he definitely can cut/fade hair. I will be returning. Must try if you want an awesome fade. read more

My girlfriend came here for highlights from the "stylist" Norma and that was the worst experience she's ever had. She has a bad attitude looked like she wasn't happy to be there girl if u don't like ur job you should quit. The highlights were so far off from her natural hair color, she had to go to a real professional to get them fixed. They charged her extra to strip the color from her hair. Just bad all around! Horrible service, the barber in the back if you aren't a regular dont bother becoming a new client He will literally put his regulars before you despite waiting in line first. My 5 year old son was waiting in line first, in the freezing cold, to be 1st to get a haircut, but his "regulars" sat their lazy ass in their car, somehow they got seen first. Then another "regular' whom fell asleep in his car walked in a while later and got bumped up before my 5 year old son as well. Go to Uptown Barber in Lemoore dont bother coming to this place not worth your time, or money. They dont do appt only walk ins this was total and complete bs not coming here again. I will keep my business where clients are treated fairly regular or not. No other busniess allows this bs either u in line or your not. None of this sitting in your car bs. read more

Horrible service, if you are not a "regular" don't waste your time. barber already has his "regulars" and will bump them before you. he does not offer appointments, its walk in only. I cant believe some lazy grown men have to sit in their car waiting for them to open up, mean while a 5 year old little boy can stand in the freezing cold to wait in line for a haircut. like really a 5 year wasn't going to take up much time and had he missed his retake opportunity at school i would've been even more mad, luckily he was out in time. still ridiculous that someone showed up in the shop a lot later talking about he fell asleep in his car and got bump up before my 5 year old son also the other man who was sitting in his car, emphasis on the 5, its so damn shameful to do that to a little boy. i called to complain and all i got was a fake apology and the excuse "well they are my regulars" well keep your regulars i will stick to uptown barber in Lemoore or anywhere else but you. go to any other business wait in line in your car, or fall asleep in your car, while other people actually form a line lets see if you will get seen first without an appt. total and complete BS if you ask me. read more

Okay, where do I start? Well my experience here was HORRIBLE. From when I walked in to when I left. So I walk in, I had a apt with Karla, I arrive 10 mins early. When I walked in no one greeted me. No one said "hi" no one asked me "what can we do for you today?" They were talking Spanish the whole time I walked in and were laughing and looking at me. Me not knowing Spanish, this made me feel really uncomfortable not knowing what they were saying. So, after about 15 mins with no interaction with the ladies there and I, I finally speak up. I say "excuse me, I have a apt with Karla" and they look at me rather rudely like I was out of line to say something to them. And the lady closest to me said "okay" but the face she made was completely rude and uncalled for. So about 15 more mins later I get called in by Karla. I sit down she just asked me what I wanted. Which I told her, "my bangs trimmed and my layers trimmed, nothing off the length" and she said okay. We didn't converse the entire time. Not really friendly. Okay I can deal with rude people. That's fine, in today's world there's a lot more rude people then there are nice. However the outcome of my hair! I've never had a hair cut this horrible! Okay, first off my bangs, she somehow managed to cut the hair underneath noticeably shorter then what's on top. It's so weird looking it's like a inch difference from what's laying on top. Secondly she did NOT blend my layers. They are just sitting on top of each other and you can see the layers on top of each other it looks so horrible and ugly. I'm active military and I've been trying to grow my hair out for 3 years now. So now I have to cut 4+ inches because she destroyed my hair. I'm beyond pissed. And thirdly the hair around my face, I think she was trying to frame my face, however it's not blended it stops about 3 inches short of my length and is just chunks missing. It's so horrible. I am completely unsatisfied and I don't recommend this place. read more
