We spent a good part of the day together and she was pleasant and fun to talk to. We laughed and told each other stories and I can honestly say she made the time pass so easily. She did a stunning job with my color. She was detailed and meticulous, the colors she chose were exactly perfect, she recommended something that would fit with the amount of time and effort I have to give to my hair routine and I literally could not be happier. She also cut it and it's maybe the best cut I've ever had. Every time I catch a glimpse of my hair in the mirror I'm more in love with it. I would recommend Sydnee a hundred times over!

She was performing the blunt cut in sections when she started taking down the front section, I ended the cut. I saw what the back looked like from the mirror, and I realized that she did not have the ability to make an a-line haircut. Well, not only she did a sloppy job putting the hair color on where I asked her to remove the color off my forehead and on my ears, but after she washed it, there was still so much left over that when I would scratch my head, my fingernails would turn black. I sat there for 30 minutes waiting before I was contacted by the stylist via IG (because that's all they wanted to communicate on). She cancels due to not having a sitter? Unprofessional. I ask if another one of the 3 stylists could do a simple tone and no one could help. Shocking... don't go here unless you want someone to waste your time. Mind you one of the stylists was just sitting there blow drying and styling herself. Not having my instagram information seems to be a personal problem because that's the method of contact YOU choose to put in your policy -YOU should've put it down on your calendar when we booked. I handled myself graciously over DMs but all I wanted to do was cry and get angry. Vivian didn't attempt to rebook me for a later date that would work with my schedule nor offered any compensation for wasting my time. And to the stylists there - she's giving you a bad rep.

The result: no blue undertone and the color is more like a deep dark brown than jet black. Some strands didn't get colored... She got my hairline stained and some on my fingers. When I got a shampoo, water got in my ears many times. I was upset but they have been nothing but friendly so ya.. Verdict: I thought I found a place to be a regular in this town but no...thank god I'm off tomorrow. What horrendous stains on my face & fingers. The lady on the phone let me know that the time I requested was available. I was actually surprised since it was so last minute! It's a very small but super cute salon, and very clean might I add. First impressions are everything so just by the looks of this place walking in, I knew I picked the perfect place to get my eyebrows done. My stylist was Elvia, she was seriously so kind and made sure to do my eyebrows exactly how I wanted them done. She asked specific questions on how I wanted them done so they would come out perfect, which they did! Why doesn't my hair look as beautiful as the pics on her page?! It's obvious that her posts are FRAUD. I went out of town right after Andrea did my hair is why I didn't call her right away. She was argumentative and didn't want to take responsibility for destroying my hair. Read for yourself the conversation we had after I arrived back into town.
