The result: no blue undertone and the color is more like a deep dark brown than jet black. Some strands didn't get colored... She got my hairline stained and some on my fingers. When I got a shampoo, water got in my ears many times. I was upset but they have been nothing but friendly so ya.. Verdict: I thought I found a place to be a regular in this town but no...thank god I'm off tomorrow. What horrendous stains on my face & fingers. Aftermath, I just saw the biggest stain on the left side of my neck..wow. She should've told me rather than concealing her mistakes. I don't even wanna give her a one star. Don't go to her.

Well, not only she did a sloppy job putting the hair color on where I asked her to remove the color off my forehead and on my ears, but after she washed it, there was still so much left over that when I would scratch my head, my fingernails would turn black. We spent a good part of the day together and she was pleasant and fun to talk to. We laughed and told each other stories and I can honestly say she made the time pass so easily. She did a stunning job with my color. She was detailed and meticulous, the colors she chose were exactly perfect, she recommended something that would fit with the amount of time and effort I have to give to my hair routine and I literally could not be happier. She also cut it and it's maybe the best cut I've ever had. Every time I catch a glimpse of my hair in the mirror I'm more in love with it. I would recommend Sydnee a hundred times over!

I had to bring my 1-year-old daughter because my babysitter had to cancel and I needed this haircut. Brooke is also a mom and was super understanding and patient!
