As you can see in the pictures herein, I'm definitely not an all over warm blonde, but rather a mixture of colors with bright white blonde around my hairline & dark roots showing, along with a mixture of other colors throughout. I could tell when she rinsed my hair that something wasn't right as you can clearly see in the picture. She asked me if I was on Google when I merely asked her about semipermanent vs demipermanent on my hair & when I told her yes, she got an attitude & told me I need to trust her. This is what my trust got me. I had a consult with a colorist in Atlanta on Friday who I now have to pay to fix her ugly mess up. You can clearly see the demarcation lines & different colors in my hair. Even the top salon in Atlanta was shaking their head at this mess in my hair. Don't waist your money like I did. She has no experience in doing blonde nor even knows about suggesting a raw lift, no toner to make someone warm blonde. The pictures herein speak for themselves. The fact that you responded and lied through your teeth stating that this visit was for "correcting bright orange low lights" is WILD! And not once during this visit did you adjust my tone mid service during this visit. You in fact absolutely do NOT know how to properly do blonde hair. Notice how you didn't even mention all the demarcation lines you left in my hair. People that read this will see the truth, for the pictures speak for themselves, and they speak volumes. My hair has since been corrected by an expert colorist in Atlanta whom did a raw lift. I no longer have multiple color shades and all the demarcation lines are gone. It's unfortunate that at the very least, you didn't take some type of accountability.

(Chateau Elan) the front desk didn't know personally which was the best option so I just went to the closest one. Originally I had a time crunch and needed to be seen immediately and unfortunately was unable to be seen but I got lucky and my meeting got pushed back so Roxy at the front desk was so helpful and called up the stylist, Stephanie, to see if she would be willing to see me after her scheduled appointment in a few minutes. She was and I was able to come back to get my blowout!! Now, all of this information is important because Roxy was so accommodating but Stephanie was an absolute PLEASURE. We chatted the whole time and had a little ball together. She was so friendly and sweet and truly made my day. She even trimmed and styled my hair!!! I am obsessed with Cache forever and would give 100 stars if I could. Salon was also clean, cute lighting and the comfiest waiting area with select mini products suggested by the stylists, a lovely touch. Overall, Cache is THE salon in Braselton if you are visiting and Stephanie is the best for a beautiful blowout and a fun chat. Thank you x a million!!

I came in with burnt out hair from a former salon (if you know, you know) and I left today with my hair truly flawless and soft as ever! Literally the front desk can tell you, I never stopped touching my hair after the magic happened today. My stylist Zoë was beyond incredible too and truly deserves so much recognition for her work, she was guiding one of her friends through the whole process while working me up today and I enjoyed truly; I myself liked learning the step-by-step process on what was being done to my hair and I gave her a project she truly had fun with. That is something I enjoy doing, for me as a CMA (Certified Medical Assistant)... I like making a difference in people's lives and making an impact on their days in some way; and today with Zoë, I truly hope I made her day today as a client and I honestly can't wait for my next visit with her. My hair goals are a work in progress, but someone that truly wants me to feel comfortable and happy every step of the way, I couldn't have made a better decision coming here. Can't wait for my next appointment in a few weeks. (This is Lilah, Zoë's 5pm from 8/17/2023 )
