It's a full service salon, hair, nails, retail products even a collection of clothing. My appointment was for a VIP massage with their Milbon products. it was a two hour treatment that started with an assessment of my scalp the best procedure to move forward with as far as products and then a scalp massage and of course multiple hair washes. I was 100% satisfied and can tell you I was not disappointed. It's a very relaxing experience very spa in atmosphere and my technician Christen was exceptional. There are three different treatments you can pick from but I highly recommend the VIP. It was $250 and worth every penny the salon is conveniently located off Illinois Road in Fort Wayne. I understand that covid testing had caused them to be short staffed, but that is not the customer's problem, particularly on my WEDDING DAY! We were told that they were short staffed because some of the employees did not want to pay for the rapid test. Anyway, we were shuffled into the back room and my mother went first. The employee had brought liquid foundation back and I asked why we weren't getting the airbrush makeup like we had booked. The excuse we were given was that the other party was using the makeup room. Come to find out, there was more than 1 airbrush machine that could have been easily brought back to the other room with us. This fact just makes me more irritated at the service we received. The other bridal party had taken over the salon. They had their Bluetooth speaker blaring and their belongings all over, so we couldn't even be seated in the lobby area while we waited. The most frustrating part was that the employees were also annoyed by thjs rude group but said nothing. THE MANAGER WAS EVEN THERE AND DID NOTHING. I understand they may not have wanted to upset them by telling them they couldn't have their music blaring through the salon. But in not asking other clients NOT to be rude, you pissed off other clients. We were treated like unimportant 2nd class citizens. I will do everything in my power to warn as many people as possible about their horrendous business practices.

This would be very convenient for everyone using the app. Once you are on the chair, the staff is always friendly customer to customer. They do make conversation with the client of whom they are cutting their hair, our hair. The facility is clean for the most part. I did notice that they do not clean the hair clippers after each use. The "barbers cape" is also shared from person to person. The carpet in the waiting area could use a major update, swept from time to time & chairs could use a major cleaning.

I walk in and they don't have me scheduled for today but Thursday. Aggravated I told them I couldn't come and asked if they had anyone else. There is someone coming in at 3:30 that will do it besides my regular stylist. While I am not upset and they were accommodating I did get a free eye brow waxing upon Yelp check in so I'm getting that done before my haircut. So I can say they did what they could to accommodate my needs and made one client happy. Thankful for that. He was very nice and calm and took care of me properly In my opinion.
