Overall, I am happy with my eyebrows. Aisha did a nice job with cleaning them up. She offered alcohol on a tissue afterward too. After you're done, you head over to the desk to sign in and pay. Brows were $10. You also get a stamp card - on the 7th visit, your eyebrow threading is free. PROS: no wait, offers stamp cards, reasonable prices CONS: meh...there was a small fee if you use your credit card.

I also asked a recommendation from one of the employees for some hand cream for my mom. Her hands have been constantly hurting ever since she got chemo. They recommended Beekman 1802 Honey & Orange Blossom cream. My mom has found some relief with it, so I was very happy with the recommendation. This is a great Ulta.

Update; upon my second visit I had on my calendar for Monday at 2:30 that I scheduled 12 weeks ago…read moreand a confirmation text asking me if I was coming Monday and me replying yes and the text in response saying thank you for confirming see you tomorrow! I walk in and they don't have me scheduled for today but Thursday. Aggravated I told them I couldn't come and asked if they had anyone else. There is someone coming in at 3:30 that will do it besides my regular stylist. While I am not upset and they were accommodating I did get a free eye brow waxing upon Yelp check in so I'm getting that done before my haircut. So I can say they did what they could to accommodate my needs and made one client happy. Thankful for that. He was very nice and calm and took care of me properly In my opinion.
