I usually get my nails done at Paris nails but we were closer to this location. My husband made the reservation for me and we were greeted by a friendly face and I was asked to sit at the first table. The nail tech-Andy- was very kind and welcomed chat, which other nail techs have refused in the past. We talked about our day and how we were both handling the pandemic. He made sure to pay close attention to details on my fingers and made sure to do exactly what I asked with length and style. My husband left to check out a local store but when he came back the nail tech joked with him about "what color" he was choosing, and told him he was welcome to sit next to me if he wanted. I've been twice to NV in a 3 week time frame and both times were great! Clean interior, bright and well decorated. The staff are all friendly and helpful. Most importantly, they do a fantastic job! A girl and her mom had come in and need a couple nails fixed in a pinch and without hesitation they got them repaired! I've made the mistake of going to a few salons in Spearfish , because they are closer to where we stay during the summer. I will forever make the drive to Rapid to come here to NV because they are just that good! Make sure to call for an appointment! They do take walk ins but they are always busy especially on weekends!

I didn't notice until after I left how horrible my nails looked, as if they had been painted by a 5yr old. They were rigid and bumpy. I was so disappointed that I paid $60 plus tip. Not to say that all the folks would do poorly, but the gal I went to should choose another profession.
