I went to NV for the first time yesterday! I will only go back to this nail salon! Cleanliness 5 stars Staff 5 stars Colors and nail decorations 5 stars My story: I don't get my nails done a lot! So when I go to salons I feel "out of place". I picked a Polish for my toes, pedicure, and did dip on my fingers. After paining 1 toe she asked if I liked the color!!! This was huge for me, because I have gone places before and not liked the color but not wanted to be a hassle! I was shocked. Then on my fingers she filed one to the shape I horrible described and made sure that was what I wanted. Then filed the rest of my hand and checked the length and shape with me! I asked her to make one a little shorter and she was so happy to make it exactly how I wanted!!! I have never had this at a nail salon and I am so thankful they really wanted to take the time to make sure I left 100% satisfied. Also, I made an appointment and they were ready for me and were honest if customers came in and they told them they will have to wait, instead of trying to trap you in a chair! Thank you!! I wish I was local and not passing through because the quality was top notch! I called ahead to make sure they could fit me in, they recommended I come an about 30 minutes while they were finishing up with others. I got there and was promptly seated and my pedicure started. She got my dip nails soaking and got them removed while the pedicure was going. My manicure and pedicure came out beautifully took about 1 hr & 45 min total. I could tell the tech was very experienced and knew what she was doing. I asked her how long she had been working on nails and she said she had been doing them for 17 years and just moved from California to South Dakota to help with the salon. read more

I was in Rapid City on a business trip and desperately needed to have my nails done (on a Sunday morning no less). Saturday night I found this place and was delighted that they had online booking. Not only was I able to get an appointment at 1015am, but the owner sent me a message on Facebook acknowledging it. The place is lovely and they have an extreme focus on sanitizing their equipment and on service. I had a wonderful french gel manicure and a polish change on my toes and was delighted with both. Don't let the extreme nails on their photo scare you off. I got a very understated, business-like, short nails that look very professional. read more

I'm so happy that I decided to give this salon a try. I had tried two other salons and was extremely disappointed with my set of nails. The atmosphere was very welcoming and friendly. They offered me a drink and the chair I sat in was comfortable. My technician was sweet and had a light hand, she paid close attention to how o wanted my nails shaped and made sure I was consistently making sure I was happy with her work. Their prices were more than fair. They have a new loyal client. I won't be going anywhere else. read more

It was my first time here to get a pedicure... I wanted to treat my bar manager for her birthday .. and this is my new favorite place to get a pedicure. Very courteous, prompt (I made a reservation and did not have to wait) and all about customer service. The foot and leg massage was amazing - many places rush through that most important aspect of a pedicure - not here! I highly recommend this place! I'll be going back for sure! read more

My first time getting my nails done ever ! I recommend 100% the two staff that were on offered a very friendly and welcoming environment. I live 3 hrs away but will be coming back when nail care is needed. I did come in as walk-in and was seated as soon as I walked in the door. Decided to treat my family and I last minute and NV Nails was able to get us in right away. The staff was so kind and incredibly personable. I love NV nails. They always do such a nice job. I am very picky about how my nails are shaped and they always make them look perfect. The pedicures are the best I have ever had. I definitely reccomend calling ahead and making an appointment. They get busy and they will not take you if they're slammed and you walk in. read more

If I could I would give it 10 stars!! This place is by far the best I have ever been. They are very clean and they use plastic liners in the foot bath. Tools are in a bag. I am sold on this place. Came in for a last minute pedicure and dip manicure and they were quick to get me sat. I chose the "Make My Day" Pedicure and it was SO relaxing and well done. I definitely received a massage with additional oils and some extra time, which was a fantastic touch. Highly recommend!! read more
