It is super light, about 3-5 shades lighter than what I wanted, and the paint job wasn't even good on one of the nails; it looks like it's time for it to be replaced. My first time visiting this location! I had called earlier in the morning to ask about doing a 3 year olds nails. We walked in the door and they already knew what we were there for! The lady that did my nieces nails interacted with her so well and even made it possible to put the hearts on her tiny nails! Prior to leaving my niece got the biggest happy birthday hug and some chocolate. On top of the AMAZING service, the space was very clean! This is our new go to spot! read more

Vu does great work! I have sensitive fingernails and he never hurts me. He takes the time to get things done right!

We were able to get in as 2 walk ins for manicures. The place itself was fine, but not top of the line or spa like at all. I stated we wanted standard paint. I had to repeat myself 3x as TJ tried to upsell us and say, "Ok so 2 for gel, sit here." When I corrected her, she moved our seats, so we weren't next to each other which was disappointing since there are only 5 chairs and 1 other person getting a service. The nail techs were nice, but cuticles were left ragged. See picture. We were rushed out of the drying chairs resulting in 4 nails between the 2 of us getting smudged badly. It felt like a complete waste of money. No prices on the wall made me feel like we were scammed a bit on the price. $25 for a simple manicure with polish for a 10 year old seems excessive. read more

My teenage daughter treated herself to a manicure before school started. She called and got an appointment, asked about prices, planned ahead for her style... when she returned home, I saw they looked lovely until second glance... all of the tips are lifted. There is a rainbow gap under every single nail and I can insert my fingernail between her natural nail and the acrylic tip! I sent her back because she did not get AT ALL what she paid for. She said they kept popping up and he kept pressing and proceeding. Upon arriving back she asked for a refund. He was rude and argumentative and stated he would fix then. She had an appointment for a reason: she was due at school for a sporting event and had no extra time. She asked for half her money back (which I would not have allowed...) and he again stormed off arguing loudly that he needed to be paid for his work. In the end he gave her less than half of what she paid for nails that cannot possibly last and I'm sure she will have damaged nail beds nonetheless. Way to take advantage of a teenager. When we first went in they were very nice very courteous the pedicure was good as far as cleaning your feet massaging them and the manicure (full st of nails) was good as well they listen to what I wanted they kinda argued with me a little bit but in the end I got what I wanted. They gave us a menu to pick what we wanted as far as our feet were concerned, our pedicures. And it was all priced as well. He charged me $60 for my nails when on the menu it said $45 he charged another $60 for my feet when I get in the menu only said I think it was $55... When I said something to him he was like "no manicure full set $60" I pointed out his menu and the prices on that and he just kind of ignored it. There is only him & his wife that doesn't speak English hardly at all. But they were very nice. We were the only clients in the place as well. Then comes the next day my friend's toenail polish started to bubble on her toes overnight so she had these horrible bubbles on her toenails, after getting a brand new pedicure! That was so weird.... My full set of nails started lifting. It was less than 12 hours later they started lifting! I called to try and get in asap! However he was busy he couldn't fix me in. My nails just kept getting worse and worse and he could never fit me in to get them fixed. I was working at the time at the fairgrounds during the Central States Fair. My hours were grueling so it was really hard for me to just come in, in the evenings. I couldn't do it and he wouldn't take care of me in the mornings. So needless to say less then a week later... every single nail was lifting and popping off. I've been getting nails my whole life and never have I had them left like this! They just popping off!!! I have a friend that does nail in a different state. She works at a high end spa. They cannot have nails lift at all! She has told me the secret is in the "primer". If they don't use it enough. Your nails will pop off. When I mentioned this to him. He told me No! Why argue with the client? I trust my friend & this guy doesn't know what he's doing. Not only did they gently remove my painful and horrible acrylics (done at a different business), they advised me to do powder dipped nails to help with the pain from the other business filing my natural nails too much. I came in on Saturday, January 29th. There were two nail artists at the salon during my appointment (station names were Diane and Vu). Diane was working on a very intricate nail design, so Vu did my nails. They are the poorest quality nails I have ever had. Now, I think the gentleman (station name Vu) is likely very talented, however, he was completely unfocused on my nails. He was constantly looking at Diane's client's nails and a little boy running around. He was not paying attention to my nails at all and did not care how they turned out. I've been getting my nails done for years and have never had such a terrible experience. Call me crazy, but If I'm paying $50 for a service, I expect the person to be attentive to me.
