I'm new to the Rapid City, SD area and was looking for a reputable and honest med spa for Botox…read more I've been getting Botox since 2007 so I'm pretty good at judging which places are honest and which places are watering down the product to stretch revenue. I found this company on Yelp and gave it a go. I got GREAT customer service and care and the Botox (actually went with Dysport) I was given worked fast and very, very well. The Nurse Practitioner who owns this salon was professional, honest and the injections were much less painful than I've had over the years. She even provided me with an app so I could get an instant $50 discount on my purchase. All in all, I've found my new Med Spa and plan on a long-term relationship with Longevity Aesthetics! As a practicing RN myself, the place met my OCD standards for cleanliness and proper technique. You won't be disappointed!

I've read some of the reviews that aren't so great and I think they have taken the comments to heart, I had none of the issues others have mentioned. I was given the $40 pedicure (lowest priced) and told if I want to have dead skin taken off that I would need to pay $10 more. This experience was not worth $40 nor would it be worth $50. Other nail salons I have been to in major cities make sure that your nails are perfect before you leave, they add the extra foot file to keep you coming back. This pedicure was one of the worst I have received. I have a manicure with owner on Monday which I will cancel, much too over priced for the quality. You should not be left with dead flaky skin on your feet after paying $48. Do not go to this nail studio, it's a rip off.

Scheduling online is easy and quick--she does book out a few weeks so be sure to look in advance. Even if the date you want is booked, however, you can sign up on the waitlist. My schedule is really variable and Margo worked hard to make a time work for us both. Looking forward to my next massage! Edited to add: I have now been getting monthly massages with Margo for the last year, and I can't say enoough good things! Her prices are really fair, and the online scheduling is really convenient. I did go to Lexi once when I was unable to get in with Margo, and she's great as well.
