The process I had was a 'tag team' ... nails & massage, that started with my choice of a nice wine ... wow. My nails were perfect. It was the least painful polish removal I've ever had, expertise with an excellent polish removal tool. They are gorgeous in my opinion, and healthier having the nails properly trimmed. As for the massage ... the occasional swelling I in my legs I'd been experiencing that day (caused by food, etc) was alleviated. I've never had a massage like that one. (If it had been a whole body massage I think I would have floated out of there on a cloud ... A-MA-ZING!). Near the end of the massage the feet were 'soaked' within separate bags of comfortably hot salt solution. The final step was a hot towel wrap covering both my lower loves & feet. I was given the $40 pedicure (lowest priced) and told if I want to have dead skin taken off that I would need to pay $10 more. This experience was not worth $40 nor would it be worth $50. Other nail salons I have been to in major cities make sure that your nails are perfect before you leave, they add the extra foot file to keep you coming back. This pedicure was one of the worst I have received. I have a manicure with owner on Monday which I will cancel, much too over priced for the quality. You should not be left with dead flaky skin on your feet after paying $48. Do not go to this nail studio, it's a rip off.

I was very clear on the phone setting the appointment that it was a color correction. I came in and saw Kari Wells. I showed her a picture of what I wanted (The picture I showed her is attached) I said; just darker shade on my roots: but still blonde; as I've always been a blonde, and was very clear that I have strawberry blonde. when I had the foils on, I had to say "shouldn't you wash them out" I think they sat for a good 40 minutes when she told me they only should've been 20. She had no timer set? so I don't know how she anticipated timing correctly. But I was keeping a eye on my cell phones clock.. She washes my hair, I look in the mirror and the whole all of my hair is completely dark gray. When I told her...I was not happy that my hair was gray...She proceeded to try about three more things to make it not gray; Repeating to me out loud, the color wheel, I left the salon as I arrived in a baseball cap. So about $200-$250 later, I went home crying in a baseball cap. It was very clear I had a very big event the next evening, that is formal dress up, and I was heartbroken that my hair was worse than when I went in. I called my daughter in tears, she sent me to Walgreens to get this oops! which I put on my hair and took all the color out that kari had put in...and that looked so much better than it did when I left the salon; So I basically paid 200 $250, to sit for five hours, make my hair worse....for her at the end to tell me where it in a braid, it looks better that way pulled back. Nobody wants gray hair. Then she told me the reason my hair turned gray was because I have well Water? I've lived in the same house forever. Never had a problem with my hair, turning gray when it was colored. I'm calling BS on that explanation. Not a happy client I will not recommend, I will not be back, it was one of the most horrible experiences I've had with my hair. I would not have been that bad. If she taken ownership and said the color correct and I'm doing is not working, but she waited till the very end to ask somebody for help. And said to me about 1 million times what she was doing "as if I knew? That's why I went to an expert; A upper class salon as well, It's not like I went to great clips. she kept saying to me does that make sense, does that make sense, she must've said that 200 times. None of it made sense because when I left my hair was worse than when I got there. Do not go, do not waste your money or time....100% Dissatisfied....
