I went in for a basic pedicure which cost $36 plus tax. It included filing, cuticle clipping, callus removal, and regular polish. The entire pedicure lasted about 25 minutes. The reason I deducted two stars from my review is the place was really dirty. I didn't realize it until after I was done but there were bugs everywhere. On the walls, windows, and floor. I tried to snap a few pictures but there were many more. I left feeling pretty skeeved out and unfortunately because of this, wouldn't return. read more

Amy did my nails. she was very nice. she killed the shape. the design was a bit rushed. when I came in, I showed a picture of what I wanted and I heard them say to each other "70,80" but then told me I'd be charged 90. at check out, they charged me 106 dollars. 30 dollars extra for French tip animal print design. 10 dollars for gems. I will not be returning. Save your money and go to the nail bar instead. read more

The girls there are extremely rude expect Mia. There is one girl, I couldn't catch her name but she is so rude and gives you dirty looks. I came in with my infant & no one acknowledged me and was sitting for 15+ minutes. That one lady was giving me dirty looks and just being rude overall. I ended up just loading up my kid and leaving. Mia does do amazing nails though so if you do go here make an appointment with Mia!! read more

We are traveling through the area and Rushmore Nails had great reviews so I called and got an appointment right away for a manicure and pedicure! Really wonderful salon.....bright and clean and the staff was very friendly! My mani and pedi were perfect (gel) and as I needed shorter nails, they were shaped exactly as I wanted! I wanted to try out someone else other than my normal just to see what was out there... boy did I learn my lesson. Keep in mind I was 5 minutes late to my appointment (I notified and they said it was fine) and I was prompt. This is not relaxing. The staff would rather talk amongst themselves rather than you. You try to make small talk and it's in vain. My nails were sloppily done. I didn't even take a picture because I hated them. I think a week later I took some alcohol to them because they already started to chip and wear away. All I got done were gel nails. How hard is that. The other women in the waiting area were irritated because they had been waiting and were half done while the staff worked on others. The price for a gel nail was hideous. Just no. Any type of Salon for me, it's a place where I want to relax and enjoy the treatment whatever that might be. The first time that I got the mani and pedi done by them, it was a total disaster, but I believe in second chances. So I went again more than twice, but forget about the relaxing and enjoying part, the female manager is vulgar, loud and obnoxious, and the worst part is that she thinks she is funny and cool, in what world!?! Then one of the guys no matter how good of a nail-tech he might be, he ruined it by being exceedingly and annoyingly flirty!! They need to learn what professionalism is all about, I didn't go to their backyard BBQ to hear vulgarity and tolerate disrespect!! Done with them!!! read more

I had an appointment today at 2 for my prom nails, and i arrived ten minutes early and they were busy so i understood i would have to wait a bit, that's okay but waiting an hour for an appointment it's just ridiculous but i decided to look past it and try and be more understanding. she started my nails and then in the middle, she moved me to a different chair to help a different customer, with part of my nails shaped and part of them not i waited more until another lady came and finished. they are very lopsided and just not the photo i showed her, plus with customer service and prices were much higher then any other place i have been too. would NOT recommend save your time and money go somewhere else! read more

i loved coming here ! it's was like a luxury salon, i recommended this place to many friends and family but i'm very disappointed the past two times i've come here. First of all i called to make an appointment for my toes and nails since i got a gift card for my birthday, they asked me if i could go anywhere else when i called.. but they ended up getting me in for a 10:30 appointment, the lady that did my nails was sweet but rushed, my toes were done in 10 min and i feel like i didn't get the full service i paid for, the french tips on my toes were extremely wonky I then asked if they could fix it and they told me I had to come in a different time to get them fixed.. my acrylic nails were amazing. When I was checking out, I had explained to the lady that I was not satisfied with my toes And they were done very quickly, she said no way it's a 30 minute long procedure and then asked to get a discount and she rudely said I had to talk to a manager then proceeded to just stand there, she finally calls the manager over and he said that he can give me 20% off, but ended up giving me 15% off. Very disappointed. I am here from out of town visiting my family. My daughter and I went here 2 months ago and they did a great job very friendly and nice. This time we made an appointment to get pedicures together and when we went in they told us to sit in the pedicure chairs and they would be with us soon. 20 minutes later a girl came over started my daughters pedicure put my feet in the water and let me sit while they did my daughters pedicure. 20 minutes later I asked her why no one was helping me that we both made an appointment for the same time, she shrugged her shoulders (did not say a word to me) turned around and in another language talked to co workers. As she started finishing my daughter up no one still did not say a word to me and did not offer any explanation as to why I still was not getting done. I then dried my feet off and put my shoes back on, because 40 minutes in water is just too long. I am so disappointed this is something I have been looking forward to for over a month because my first experience was so good. I am a SALON OWNER and this would have NEVER happened in my place. So sad that all you needed to do was communicate to your client that made an appointment why you were not helping them. Will not be back. read more

My friends and went to get our nails done today. The two of them had appointments but I did not. We arrived 5 minutes early and checked in. I told them I didn't have an appointment and they said they might be able to fit me in. This I can understand they were busy. After about five minutes they sat us down. We then waited for forty-five minutes. Then they put me at a different station. I don't know why. I sat with my friends and complained they had been waiting for so long even though they had an appointment. I was quickly helped after that. I insisted my friends get helped first though SINCE THEY HAD THE APPOINTMENT. But the young lady who was helping me refused. And my friends waited longer. The woman asked what color I was doing today and I told her that I hadn't even been offered any samples. This upset her and she gave me a large bucket of colors. she began to work on my cuticles which stopped me from looking at colors. A few minutes later I still hadn't chosen and she told me I only had five minutes to pick. She then hurried through my manicure and didn't do the best job. Both my friends weren't very happy with theirs either. My friend said that the man who helped her said that the color she wanted (the color of her prom dress) wouldn't look good and refused to put it on and instead did a color she didn't even like. He also wouldn't cut them down and left them way too long. After all this, I'd just like to say it was a VERY bad experience and won't be going again. read more
