The shop seems to open and close whenever it's convenient, so there's a good chance you'll waste your time driving there only to find it closed. If it is open, be prepared to wait. Service is extremely slow, and everything feels disorganized. It doesn't seem like customers' time is respected. The atmosphere is completely unprofessional. The shop smelled like weed during my visit, there was a child constantly making noise and running around, and the owner's dog actually tried to bite me. That alone was enough to make me never want to come back. I shouldn't have to worry about being bitten while getting a haircut. The owner also came across as rude and dismissive. Asking basic questions felt like I was bothering her, and the overall attitude made an already frustrating experience even worse. The haircut itself was disappointing, especially for someone with longer hair. It was uneven, poorly blended, and nowhere near worth the price. For what she charges, I expected much better quality and attention to detail. Between the unreliable hours, excessive wait times, unprofessional environment, aggressive dog, poor customer service, and overpriced haircut, I can't recommend this place. I won't be returning.

With customers waiting her call continued without pause. It was obvious the call she was on wasn't an "immediate family emergency " call. Based on her actions/inactions her call seemed to take precedence over the customers. I've patronized the man salon for about a year however I've never seen customer service this poor. Her substandard customer service projected a disconnected, unfavorable, unprofessional, "I'm here only for a paycheck" vibe. The business, the business owner, and the customers deserve much better than she was capable of. With the right employees this business has tremendous potential.
