My experience after getting a Brazilian blowout for my daughter was okay. We even stop washing her hair as often due to the instructions. Her hair isn't as bad as before but thought it would last longer especially with that expensive price tag. I asked about what products to use, not that I wanted to buy it, but when checking out, I was rang up for the products at full price. I didn't want to make a scene so I just purchased it. Asking shouldn't be an assumption that I wanted to buy. So using their product suggestions and instructions on how to maintain her hair, didn't work out as well as I thought.

I forgot to check in here yesterday, but I got my hair cut here and it looks great!…read more Last time I got my hair cut at a salon in Worcester was over a year ago and I was traumatized because I basically left with a mullet. So as of yesterday, it had gotten really long, and was just looking really blah. No style whatsoever. Just long and in desperate need of a cut. I saw some nice reviews on here, so I went to Glam. It's very close to where I work so its convenient too. Ricci did my hair. She's very sweet, funny, and great at her job. I just wanted something fresh and simple. She took 4 inches or so off of it, didn't give me any weird layers that could be mistaken for a mullet, and I left with really pretty shoulder-length hair. I am so glad to have found my new salon. No more looking! If I had anything critical to say, it would be that I would have loved a longer, more luxurious wash. That's kind of the best part of getting your hurr did, having someone else wash your hair and give you a scalp massage. And it was considerably more expensive to have my hair washed and dried than it would have been just for the cut. Which is fine - if you give a spa-like wash. But just a quick wash and rinse shouldn't have cost that much extra. That's the only reason this is 4 instead of 5 stars. I was so happy with the cut that that was just sort of an afterthought.
