Since my hair tends to naturally be curly or wavy, I always go in with freshly washed hair that I let air dry so Joanne can see what my hair looks like without me straightening it. I had the last appointment of the day and the last rushed me into a color and hair cut appointment. The silver lining was, I was charged $230 for all this crap. They gave us another date and said all was set from their end. We called before the appointment to make sure everything was good and was told again that the appointment had not been made and they were not sure what had happened on their end. This is extremely frustrating for us and very unprofessional on their part. Hope they provide better service moving forward and respect their clients time.
