I didn't notice the recurring charges immediately, but once I did, I contacted the company expecting them to correct the mistake and refund the unauthorized charges. Unfortunately, they refused to issue a refund despite the fact that the charges occurred after my cancellation. As a customer, I expected the company to stand behind its cancellation process and make things right when presented with the facts. My biggest disappointment isn't the amount of money--it's the lack of accountability and customer service. Customers should not have to monitor their bank accounts for months after canceling a membership or fight to stop unauthorized charges. I encourage anyone considering a membership to keep copies of their cancellation paperwork and closely monitor their bank statements. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this location

Thank you to everyone who has reviewed this wonderful biz! I was headed on vacation and didn't want…read moreto tempt myself to be in the sun at all. I thought that if I got some color beforehand, I could be full #TeamSunscreen during the entire trip. I had never gotten a spray tan before and I was nervous to do it because let's be honest, we've all seen spray tans go wrong. I read sooooo many reviews and ended up choosing this biz! Bronze2U uses "solutions that are natural and organically infused with Aloe Vera, Green Tea, Vitamins A, E & C. They're FDA certified Vegan, Gluten Free, Paraben Free, and there's NO animal testing involved." Impressive! Other (cheaper) locations use an ingredient that can make you orange, but not here. The natural ingredients also didn't break my sensitive skin out at all either. The owner Bree brings a pop-up tent and spray tan machine with her, directly to your home. She quickly sets up in a few minutes and has you strip down to whatever you feel comfortable in. She put lotion on the parts that tend to keep extra color: elbows, knees, toes, etc. She then did the whole spray tan in under five minutes. She then puts powder on you to keep it on and you're instructed to wear baggy clothes while you wait. The tan didn't wash off on anything though - I'm impressed! You can choose to get the medium tan, which is the cheaper option and has you waiting six hours before showering. There is also the quick tan option which is more expensive, but let's you shower in only an hour or two (you choose when to shower based on how dark you want it to be). I did the medium tan, waited six hours, rinsed off, and was impressed by the natural color I had. It looks so natural and glowy. Sooooo good! Bree is also is an esthetician and has a location downtown in the XG Groom Room, where she will also start doing spray tans soon too. I'll definitely be doing this again!

The facials left my skin feeling wonderful and she was so warm and easy to talk to. I even convinced my partner to go in for a couple facials and he was very happy with the results. She usually works with Danie Patterson for bridal services and they were so much fun to spend the morning of my wedding with! My friends and I had such a great time getting to know them. They are both also incredibly talented. I do not wear a lot of makeup and Dani made sure to keep me looking like myself, just elevated. I also wanted to keep my natural curls - I showed Danie a couple pictures at the trial and talked through up vs down. She went right to work and came up with the most beautiful messy up-do to complement my curls. She also suggested using some dried flowers and arranged them in such a gorgeous way. We were all so happy with our hair and makeup, as well as how lovely they both were to spend time with. I am so glad that I booked them for my wedding! Really could not recommend them any more highly. I'll also definitely be going back to Dani for facials. She is such a joy!
