This review is long overdue…read more Approximately 2 weeks ago, I was in need of a hair cut and have had several bad cuts in the past from other establishments. Depending on Yelp to find a new hairdresser, I made an appointment at M'Lady M'lord Hair Design and Salon. I have very fine, limp hair and require razor texturizing to obtain lift and bounce to my otherwise short hair. I was assigned to Ernie for my cut. I am very impressed. After giving my "new do" some time, I find, I am just as happy with my cut now as I was when I walked out of the Salon. Ernie took the time to listen to my hair style needs, and was more than obliging to go back and re-texturize the top of my hair to remove more weight (better to go in stages then to cut and be stuck). The cost was reasonable, the Salon was clean, and everyone present was very friendly. I will be back!! Judy Sievert

If you are tired of bad cuts I highly recommend her and the cost is amazing! The only thing I will add...I didn't get the BLUNT cut I asked for. The back is fine but the sides are not blunt.

Also, I have Irish roots so my hair is very tricky for most hairdressers to get all the way blonde and not accidentally leave it a bit orange or yellow so they really need to know what they are doing and Ashley's high level of skill and incredible excellence has made me a permanently happy customer. Ashley is an excellent all around gifted hairstylist, and for my type of hair she has given me superior coloring treatments and I love how she listens and cuts and styles my hair exactly the way I worked with her to design.
