Floored at how unprofessional this "business" is. I called on Monday, and someone answered what was obviously from a cell phone. She answered "Hello?" which threw me off a bit because when I've called professional businesses before, they usually state the name of the business. I verified I had reached Fair & Bare, then asked for an appointment. I allowed the person who answered the phone to pick the time as to when I could go in, and hung up pretty stoked to finally get my eyebrows done in Yuma by someone who seemed like a competent esthetician based off her website. Come my appointment date (2 days later) I found myself at a salon that was closed. I did arrive early, so I found myself Googling the business. The previous Yelp review caught my attention and couldn't help but think "sucks to be her", but I was still looking forward to the appointment. 15 minutes later, I called the phone to verify I hadn't gotten my date mixed up but the call went straight to voicemail. I was floored. I really wish people were more understanding and respectful of other people's time. I requested time off of work before Christmas to be seen, and yes at the time it would have been worth it, but now I've been duped hours on my paycheck for nothing. I have never interacted with a small business owner with such little disregard for potential clients. I'm completely disgusted. read more
