I've scheduled four to five months in advance and get friendly text reminders in case I need to cancel. Frank is amazing, passionate and cares about what he does. I love experimenting with new styles and trying new things and staying current... which is a challenging demand... I have had some different and unexpected styles, but I have been able to stay on trend. It starts with a cut, then wash and follow up trim & style. Products are never pushed on clients, but they do carry a nice selection of premium brands. I often fall asleep or doze off because the vibe and atmosphere is so relaxing. Love coming here. Pricing may be more than you are used to for Yuma but competitive with the service you get compared to big cities. Highly recommend!

Unfortunately, this salon does not appear to honor scheduled appointments. On the same day, I…read moreattempted to keep two appointments -- one at 2pm and another at 3pm -- and in both instances, I was denied the full head of highlights I had clearly booked. Despite being asked to send reference photos to a phone number, they clearly do not monitor, as I was later told they "didn't know" I wanted a full head of highlights, which makes the process feel disorganized and unprofessional. While their prices are on the higher side, cost is not my concern -- professionalism and respect for clients' time should come first. Sadly, this was a very disappointing experience.

This review is long overdue…read more Approximately 2 weeks ago, I was in need of a hair cut and have had several bad cuts in the past from other establishments. Depending on Yelp to find a new hairdresser, I made an appointment at M'Lady M'lord Hair Design and Salon. I have very fine, limp hair and require razor texturizing to obtain lift and bounce to my otherwise short hair. I was assigned to Ernie for my cut. I am very impressed. After giving my "new do" some time, I find, I am just as happy with my cut now as I was when I walked out of the Salon. Ernie took the time to listen to my hair style needs, and was more than obliging to go back and re-texturize the top of my hair to remove more weight (better to go in stages then to cut and be stuck). The cost was reasonable, the Salon was clean, and everyone present was very friendly. I will be back!! Judy Sievert
