I made a reservation but still ended up waiting about 20 minutes. The technician did an okay job cleaning up and filing my nails, but they were uneven and I had to refile them myself when I got home. The polish application also wasn't very even, and there were a few spots where the color was missing. I really enjoyed the foot massage.
