She proceeded to be insistent on just finishing up while I was on the phone and by that time I didn't want to get a haircut there anymore because of the attitude over the phone.

I made a reservation but still ended up waiting about 20 minutes. The technician did an okay job cleaning up and filing my nails, but they were uneven and I had to refile them myself when I got home. The polish application also wasn't very even, and there were a few spots where the color was missing. I really enjoyed the foot massage. They even set a 10 minute timer to make sure you get the full massage time, which I appreciated. Everyone was nice, but overall, I probably won't be coming back here.

The pedicure was decent so no complaints there. Then we got to my nails. They switched me to someone else who seemed upset he had to do his job. He cut me twice and rushed through the whole process. My nails were done yesterday and they look a week old. My cuticles still look horrible and since some of the nails weren't glued on all the way, they're already lifting. I got these done for an event this weekend and don't have time to get a new set (or the money since I already spent $125) so it sucks that I have to go hating my nails. Will definitely not be coming back here.
