Came to get a haircut been here many times before they usually do a good job but today they absolutely butchered my hair and beard. Been trying to grow my hair out asked for a combover and I don't even know what kind of haircut I got it was so messed up. Beard was even worse. Only reason I don't give it 1 star was because one of the other barbers did do his best to fix what his coworker screwed up. Still a good barber shop to go to just don't recommend that barber read more

It's good to have a relevant stand-by for those haircuts when your main barber is not available for an appointment. Even better if The Manb Cave is your main go-to place. The vibe is usually pleasant as are the staff, and there's things to do while you wait your turn for a cut. You know, Man cave stuff like playing on their pool table and the like. And a big kudos for doing business on a Sunday! read more

Took my son (3 yr) for a haircut and it was perfect! No waiting and they put cartoons on so he could be entertained. Heather was wonderful! Will definitely be back! read more

They do a great job and have low prices, highly recommended. The only thing that bugs me is that they do not take credit cards, only cash.

Hot towel or cold towel? Man Cave has services like this that I've come expect when coming to this place for years. Most of the stylists ask or just trim the odd ear hair or my bushy eyebrows as part of a visit. It's priced right, you get quality care, and they have fantastic hours. Plus it has a pool table if you're into that sort of thing. read more

The lady that cut my hair was pretty awesome, very knowledgeable, environment was clean and friendly. I didn't know exactly what I wanted but I had an idea and she nailed it. I'll definitely come back read more

Made an appointment for my 2 year old son as it was his first time going in I was nervous but they were friendly tried making him comfortable and played with him worked with him definitely recommend they truly have patience read more

Walked in w/o an appointment and got seated in two minutes. Had my hair transformed from a two month mess to a neat fade, all for a reasonable price. Highly recommended. read more

Friendly women, nice environment, just sucks that nobody does a good job at cutting African American hair, used to being able to going anywhere to get a nice fade but just couldn't get a well blended or even a slightly blended one here, back was unevenly cut too, and no line up thats crazy. read more

Best place in town by far. Professional great cuts and very clean. I don't know why my first one got deleted but I want it on there so people know. read more

I get a haircut every week for my job, and I refuse to go anywhere else. I've been in Yuma for over 6 months now, and my hair has been cut by everyone that works there. Every time I get great conversation, great treatment, and a great haircut for a great price. I highly recommend Man Cave for military and first responders of Yuma. I'll see you all there next week. read more

Went in yesterday and had a great haircut told the girl gimme a good trim and did hope she is there next time

Excellent hair cut, Leah was fantastic. Recommend this establishment highly, Cindy Moe runs a tight ship. My advice is get your hair done here, You'll be glad you did! Thank You, My wife loved what you did to my hair! Respectfully, Jon C read more

While visiting Yuma for a couple months I visited this barbershop quite frequently. The Barbershop was located about 5 minutes from the Air Station and my barber every time was Leah S. (there's a few Leahs). Every time I went I called first to make sure she was there because quite frankly I thought she was the best barber there even though she's the youngest. I had a few friends get cuts from the other women and the fades were uneven and had pretty distinctive lines. The receptionist was very polite and welcomed all the customers as they came in. They have a dated system (names on a notepad) vice tickets or numbers but it seems to work so "if its not broke, why fix it". I would definitely come again. read more

Greeted pretty fairly and felt welcome by the receptionist (don't know her name) but that's where the good news ends. Girls cutting hair were more focused on another customer and the football game than cutting mine and my nephews hair. I got a 1 on the sides with medium high fade but after getting home I noticed there is barely a fade in the back. I've literally had my hair cut better in Afghanistan... My lil nephew got a faux hawk which I could have cut better myself and actually did when I fixed it later. Friendly place but horrible hair cutting... That was my first and last time visiting this place. read more

Came in a few time while in Yuma. All the barbers were great. Really clean and welcoming setting here. Prices are really good. Hot towel at the end is a bonus. Recommend this place to my coworkers. read more

I heard their ad on KTTI radio, so I thought I could give them a try. Outstanding customer service here! Greeted with sincerity when I entered, and then she told me there is a 40 minute wait. With this many customers in here, it has got to be good I thought. Found a good magazine, and prepared to wait for my turn. The owner is here. . .cleaning the door glass. She has walked around greeting everyone. This includes the two young kids playing on the Xbox. Only took about 15 minutes and I was in a chair. "Number 3 on the sides and back, over the ear. And take half the length off the top. Blend the sides to the top", I said. It was quick, and exactly what I wanted. She spun me around, used a mirror so I could see the back and sides. I knew what a great cut I had before I left. It's clear that they took the past negatives to heart and made the adjustments needed back in 2013. Great cut, great price, great staff. Best value in Yuma for sure. read more

I only get my hair cut once or twice a year because I like it long. As I age and it is thinning I thought I would get it cut short. I have heard of the Man Cave but never tried it. I like to stay with the same person if possible. I'm so glad I went there. I walked in and was greeted with a hello and a smile. Stephanie was available right away. She new what type of hair cut matches with your face type which I think was impressive. From there on I let her do her thang. Let me tell you I love to talk with intelligent women and she knows a thing or two about a thing or two. Great conversation and at the end a great hair cut and it wasn't too short. The kicker was the warm towel on the back of my neck. I was waiting for a shoulder rub. hahaha. Very cool place great vibe. I hope Stephanie stay for a while even if she doesn't I would try anyone else there. read more

Got a cut and beard clean up from Sam. Top Notch! A little busy as the marines come here, but over all would be back in a heartbeat. I live in Hawaii and was blown away at the total for a haircut and beard trim. So affordable and great service! read more

Super friendly.... amazing customer service!! Super talented stylist... not to mention the atmosphere ROCKS!! Highly suggest stopping by a mans cave for your next haircut read more

The only positive thing that there is to be said about this barber shop is the facility, and equipment is very clean and pretty new and a few of the barbers are awesome. On another note the barber shop is ran very poorly on the weekends. I have been a few times during the week and it was great, but Saturdays and Sundays the barbers would rather talk for an hour to each customer then cut hair. The average wait is 30 min to an hour and a half today. They allow people to call in to get on the list before showing up. Horrible customer service read more

A Man Cave - Not ever good barbers..... - Barbers Near Me - Yuma, Arizona

Went to try it out for the 1st time last week, & I gotta say I was really satisfied with the employees. They're outgoing, fun, & well mannered, atmosphere in there just makes it seem like you're with friends, good vibe! Very clean! I really liked my haircut there, the barber who cut my hair did a great job, & I pay very close attention to detail! OCD status lol so I was really impressed! Good job Man Cave, you just made a customer for life! 8] read more

I've always had great service and good haircuts. I take my 4 year old son there and the ladies are so friendly with him that he actually likes getting haircuts. Great management too. read more

Just got the worst haircut ever. I can't name any names otherwise I would as opposed to just throw dirt on the whole place. Just be aware you can walk into this place and walk out unhappy. The barber was nice and all but my hair cut was clearly off. I didn't notice it right away because of how my hair was styled when I left. But after cleaning up properly and restyling, I was immediately frustrated because I could not make the same part on either side of my head without clearly seeing that my hair is very uneven. There's a certain level of professionalism you should be able to expect when you pay someone for a service. With any good fortune the manager will inform all of their barbers to slow down and pay attention. Bottom line, be professional and do the job you are paid for. The name of the place is super corny too. read more

I have been to The Man Cave for my last three haircuts over a period of three months and have yet to be disappointed. Their good, quick and your in and out generally less than 45 minutes. Staff is alway kind and courteous, thank you Man Cave. read more

Best barbershop in town . Great girls . Pool table, Xbox and Nintendo ds's got the kids . Tv every station to watch any game you want .

We love this place! My husband and son (14 months old) get their haircut here and we love it! Very kid friendly and the hair stylists are super patient with my son while he squirms! I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a quality hair cut but one that's affordable!! read more

I came into this place expecting a regular cut at a nice place. Granted the place was clean and all the workers were nice, unfortunately they had no idea how to cut hair. They couldn't handle a simple fade. I ended up leaving with a thick line across my head. Never returning. read more

Best place ive gone to get a haircut. The wait time was awesome considering the fact that they had an xbox I could play while I waited for FREE. The girls were very nice and professional. This is definitely a place I always want to keep coming back to. Really deserves 5 stars :) read more

Easily the best Barbershop in Yuma! The staff is very friendly and professional. If you're new to the area don't waste your time trying any of the other barbershops. Just go to the "Man Cave". You don't need to wait and/or request a certain girl. All the barber's are excellent! read more

The worst experience I've ever had a barbershop. Did not get anything close to what I asked for. If you don't know how to do a certain haircut that is very popular in that city then you shouldn't work there. Definitely not going back even if they're the only one that's open. I am incredibly disappointed. read more

I went there today hoping for a cheaper place to get a haircut. i pull up and the first thing i see is the window displaying "Cash Only" so i left to get cash out (back to base since there was no ATM near by.) and come back, It has the set up of a nice relaxing place, a TV with what looked like video games at a glance in the back, up front they had a billiards table with chairs along the wall for a waiting area, seems great if you had to wait.. anyways i got called up fast to get my haircut, the lady didn't seem at all interested and seemed like she wanted out fast. no hello or nothing just "How do you want your cut?" not at all a big deal for me, but left enough for a terrible impression of the place. While cutting my hair i see her eyes trail off a lot, and carry conversations with other barbers and customers, so i watched the TVs they have set next to the chairs, or i would've if i wasn't being spun around like a carousel the whole time. The haircut, par. you cant expect much when you get it cut every week. Good haircut if you're a serviceman who needs one for cheap (mine was 9$). if not, i recommend going elsewhere read more

Had a great experience bringing my son to get his hair cut here! They were super friendly when we walked in, and the wait was only 5 mins! They were very patient with my son, since he's not the best at keeping still. His hair cut turned out great, with super even lines. I was impressed. Loved the atmosphere and we'll definitely be back! Having a pool table and TVs is an awesome idea for a barbershop! read more

Went to a man cave yesterday. The surly stylist said what do you want I said a haircut with scissors. That was the extent of the conversation. She cut my hair and did not even bother to comb it at the end. I was kinda waiting but she said that is it and walked away. Worst haircut I have had in some time. Looks like a bowl cut . Won't be back and won't be recommending read more

In 30 minutes they only finished 2 haircuts, the women although very nice and attentive to customers seemed to talk more than cut hair. There were still 3 people ahead of me when i decided to walk out after 40 minutes. I wasn't expecting to be in and out super fast, but being in the military, you get used to the barber shops that get the job done quickly and do a great job. I didn't care to hear the stylists whole life story. Sad thing is that this place seemed like a great place, was clean, organized and friendly staff. I never got to rate their haircuts though. Went to the barber right across the marine corps base and both my son and I were out in 15 minutes and were 150% satisfied with both haircuts!!! Somethings look and are too good to be true. read more

So got a message from Cindy based off of another review for a competing business and decided to try them out. Nice sized barbershop that caters to the guys with TVs, pool table and a X-Box. Got in and was greeted right away and then waited. The place had more than a few waiting and would say I waited a little over 20 min before getting into the chair. Once in, sat in Marissa's chair, she was nice and easy to talk to. Told her needed about a medium fade and some off the top. Once done, looked in the mirror and I thought it looked good. No styling done so couldn't tell how well the cut was. Once I was able to throw some water through my hair is when I noticed the top was not graduated from front to back and had a steep step before getting to the next section. Also noticed that the front was shorter than what I wanted and the middle longer than back shorter. But hey, at least I got a great fade on the sides! Called back and talked to Cindy and told me to come back in. I came back in and my hair was fixed. Had to go even shorter so I couldn't comb my hair anymore :( All done, they did a good job and ensured I was happy at the end. Would recommend, but be sure to style your hair before getting out of the chair to make sure you like it. read more

so ive been coming here for over a year. after awhile they will remember you on a first name basis and its not hard to develop a rapport with the stylists. they have TV with games for the kids a pool table and a TV at every station if you will like watching the game. The cuts are good, and i use the word good only because i get a very simple medium fade every week. however they will tailor your cut the way you want. TV, games and cute girls to look at makes the wait worth it. In the end as long as they are open i will continue to get my hair cut by them. read more
